Arby's — Restaurant in Canton Township

This evening my family and I decided that we wanted Arby's for dinner. We decided to go to the canton location to order it through the drive thru because usually it is a good location in our experience... until tonight! We got there at like 9:15 pm and they close at 1 am. There was no customers at all so we place our order and yes it was a good size order, we are told our total and told to pull forward. We get to the window to pay and were greeted with the worst attitude ever! The guy at the drive thru window did mit seem like he wanted to deal with customers at all, the guy snatched my husbands card out of his hand. When he gave it back my husband said thank you and got an eye roll from the employee. Then when are food was ready he gave my husband our bags and my husband said thank you again and apologized for the big order and again got an eye roll and the window slammed in his face with the employee saying something we could not hear but the look one the other employees face showed that whatever the guy said was not appropriate. This will be the last time we visit that location and if the rude employee sees this, I hope whatever you have going on in your life that caused you to be so rude for no reason...

Horrible service , I asked for my drink only large sized but somehow I was billed for a large meal then to top this off I informed the girl behind the counter that both the lemonade and Coke Zero both had a carbonated taste and requested to get my money back or to fill my drink from another station at which point she grabbed the manager who told me it may be the ice ?!? If your ice is throwing off the taste of a freshly poured drink that is probably an issue sir that truest should be looked into other than telling me to try my beverage with no ice or less . At this point I still tried the drink with no ice and still had a strange carbonated taste at which point the manager decided that he would sample the machine himself . At first he tries a different flavor than I told him about and says that it’s fine . I tell him that I was trying to get a different flavor to he splashed a small sip into a cup and said “ yup that’s Coke Zero , I don’t know what to tell you” . I will not return to this place nor will I allow any of...

I visit this Arby’s whenever I’m in need of a quick bite, after shopping at the local department stores in the adjacent shopping center. This time was different, only because it was the coldest day of the year thus far and my vehicle randomly would not start after a quick trip to one of the local shops. Since it was Sunday and everything was closing early, my 9 year old daughter and I walked to Arby’s hoping for food and warm shelter. Shari and her team made sure that we had a warm place to wait for AAA and a quality meal to enjoy after a long cold walk. This is the epitome of quality customer care and concern.
