I purchased a pack of coupons for a local fund raiser which was for a buy one sub get 1 sub of equal or lower value for free with the purchase of a large soft drink. I had WANTED to share these coupons with my fellow co-workers. We have 3 people who work at my place of employment and so I had hoped to be able to use three coupons, unfortunately we could not close down our shop so that all three of us could go to pick up our orders. We tried to send two people over but the people in this subway would not let us use three of the coupons because there were only two people who came in. They would not listen to the fact that we could not all come in at the same time and refused to honor the 3rd coupon. Granted it does say one per customer per visit, but I cannot believe the total lack of common sense that the crew in this store used. I myself will NEVER to to that subway again, and I can guarantee it will be a VERY LONG time before anyone who works with me will go there either. I requested all veggies on the side and he began giving half of what veggies go on a 6 in. He was just skimping when I know everyone asks for extra veggies. How much are veggies that you have to take advantage of a customer wanting the veggies on the side? Not an unreasonable request. When he grabbed a very small cup to put cheese in and didn’t fill it up, he told me that was the amount used for 6” sandwiches. We both know better. He needs customer service training. This is not the first time with him. I once witnessed him being rude to a customer who couldn’t decide on which veggies and condiments. He’s bad news for subway. I ordered anyway and was informed the order would be ready at 6:35. I arrived at 6:40 and the order wasn't ready. No apologies or explanation why. The place wasn't busy at all. The lady in front of me was also waiting for her online order. I ended up not getting all the toppings I requested because I had to get out of there at that point. Disappointed in the service.
