What a night and day difference the staff can make. I was in there for the first time with a friend last week. The ladies behind the counter were so nice when I came in offered advice, answered questions, and served us very quickly despite the 6 other people in there. Went back this morning for a second try and was very disappointed. When I walked in there was one person at the bar already served and 1 person they were working on. 2 more people walked in shortly after I did. The 2 women working were so flustered, dirty blenders and dishes everywhere. Despite being the first person to walk in, I was the last person served out of the 4 people that needed to be waited on by the 2 employees. Neither really seemed to know what they were doing, asked us a ton of questions, had to look everything up, and then made 2 drinks wrong out of the 4 customers they served while I was there. Took a total of 20 minutes for me to get my shake compared to the 4 minutes last time when they were much busier. My first visit was a 5 star, the second visit a 1-2 star. Not sure I'll be back.....I don't normally have 20 minutes to burn waiting for a drink and I always feel bad walking out of an establishment because they...

Stopped by after a workout and after reading a few reviews. For $7 I got about 5oz of cold tea, an aloe shot, and a shake (you pick which flavors you want). Everything tasted good. I agree w other reviewers re-the music playing. It was very loud. Perhaps stream something that is upbeat, motivational music vs. genre specific. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is I was told (by a very nice employee) that I HAD to fill out an info card in order to get my purchase. I am unsure if that is true. I complied but thinking it may be better to strongly encourage it vs....

Friendly the entire time but we felt we got taken. Never been there before so we were given the quick run down. Then we were asked which tea would we like to try while the 2 shakes were being made. We were given (2) 32oz tea WOW and after a few sips we were given the 2 no frills protein shakes ...$28.00 the protein shakes taste very chalky, like something was missing or not blended well. I drink protein shakes everyday and I won't be going back for...
