Went to Peach Cobbler Factory Canton location Saturday and purchased both peach cobbler and banana pudding. The peach cobbler was excellent as well as the ice cream that comes with it. However, I am sad to report when I tasted my banana pudding it wasn’t fresh. The cookies were too soft which lead me to believe it had been sitting for a while and the taste didn’t taste like banana. I called to report it today and was told that they prepare the banana pudding in the morning so it’s best to get it then as by evening it softens up more. I was told by staff that he wasn’t sure what he can do for me and that he hasn’t ever received this kind of report. I expected an opportunity to get at least a fresh banana pudding but instead was offered 15 percent off then said he could give me 20 percent. Why would I want to come back after not getting a refund or an offer for a fresh banana pudding. The guy was nice but I expected a better response than giving me a discount. My first and last time...
Read moreTook my boys for dessert tonight, fun little place. My only issue with the actual space is that the only places to sit are for waiting customers only, not for eating, which means they have to package everything to go, ice cream separately from the cobbler, which ruins the whole dish. Also, I wanted to try the cobbler flight, but they ran out of the containers to package it in, so I couldn’t order it even if I did decide on it. (It’s a whopping $24.00). I got the strawberry cobbler, it was delicious! My son got peach cobbler, he loved it! My other sons got the cookies and cream cookie, which is as big as their face! This place is not cheap, or affordable really. It was $40.00 for 4 desserts. While they are big, none of us could actually eat all of ours, I wish they were half the size and half the price. The lady taking our order was super friendly and nice, but for the price, this is a one-visit kind of...
Read moreFirst time in this Sunday evening 10/29. Service was good at the counter, and she was being flooded with requests. Appreciate her professionalism and keeping cool under pressure. Beyond that, an exceptionally below-mediocre experience. The signature peach cobbler was just okay, and the banana pudding was below average. Maybe I'm used to New York City style Banana pudding (Magnolia Bakery), but this was not nearly to that level. What was most disappointing was the atmosphere. No real service counter, just a cashier and staff in the back prepping the cobblers / food. Nothing in the front of the store minus cookies. Did not feel personable at all. Looks like a cookie cutter corporate approach. For the price, definitely not worth it ($8.99+tax for each of what we ordered). There are better local dessert options in the area, especially under the entry level price at the Peach...
