Worst experience I have ever received with a Manager Nathaniel. My wife ordered a pizza and was not told on the phone it was cash only at the time of placing the order. When she got to the store before being greeted the manager Nathaniel yelled out I quote “ Just so you know its cash only and any jot and readys will be 20 minutes”. Without even saying hello or greeting the customer? What kind of managers does Little Cesar train? Then was told that the order wasnt even up and it would be 20 minutes. Truly truly terrible experience with this location. Had a couple of times that they did “cash only orders” now. This is not the first time this has happened. Does Little Cesars IT not even have a UPS for the credit cards/internet equipment and infrastructure to keep the business going for minor power outages? I used to be a manager of a KFC and caught managers stealing all the time when they did “cash only orders”. Little cesars needs to investigate this immediately.
I then called myself to make sure this was the case and sure enough Nathaniel picked up the phone with the same thing that my wife experienced. Without even greeting me was told the same thing my wife got told in person. How do you not greet someone on the phone even? I then explained what happened and asked “you couldnt do ANYTHING for first being cash only which she didnt have with her and second not having the order ready”? I was told to “calm down”? What kind of customer service does Nathaniel the manager have? I was not loud, i was completely calm and was simply explaining and asking questions.
Little Cesars please investigate Nathaniel as I was told no one is above him there and he would be the one replying to my review which I hope is not the case. I want to make sure the owner truly knows what bad management...
Read moreI ordered 2 Hot and Ready pizzas via the Little Caesars website somewhere in the neighborhood of a month ago, probably a little less. They were as dry as a dog bone, and completely lacking in cheese and sauce. I called and talked to a female manager (didn't get her name because I didn't think it would come to this). She promised me two replacements the next time I came in. I've been going to this location since I moved into the adjacent neighborhood 8 years ago. I've been loyal to them. So, tonight (12/12/23), I called to get my comped pizzas and was told by a male manager that my name was not in their "Remedy Book" and that names don't stay in there for longer than 2 weeks. When I initially called to get the replacement pizzas, nobody mentioned this. I didn't know that this was the manager at first, so I was expecting to be connected to a manager and he hung up on me. I went up to the store to try to get clarification on this matter and he wasn't budging on giving me the replacement pizzas that I had been promised. He wasn't outright rude, but very smug about it. I have never seen this employee before either. Most employees in there would know me well. Unfortunately, I see no other recourse but to do a review, which I never do, to air my complaint. I know that the owner of this Little Caesars also owns the one on Ann Arbor Rd. and Sheldon and the one on Ann Arbor Rd. at Ann Arbor Tr. He doesn't leave a way to reach him at the store, but he is more than welcome to reach out to me to try to get this matter resolved. In the meantime, I won't be returning and encourage anyone who wants to have promises made them fulfilled to avoid...
Read moreI have been a long, loyal customer of this location. The pizza and breadsticks are great, and the employees usually help me efficiently. However, during 2 of my most recent visits, I have dealt with Zachary. I ordered crazy bread and pizza both times, and he returned to the counter with my order. The pizza was paper thin in most parts, detracting from the satisfaction of first biting into the usually trustworthy pizza, but that's not even the worst part. I opened the bag of crazy bread to the sweet aroma that had kept me returning to this location for years. Expecting some mouth-watering breadsticks, I feasted my eyes on the GREASIEST, BUTTERIEST, WETTEST, crazy breadsticks I have ever seen. I was irate. Zachary had scammed me. Earlier this year, I purchased some breadsticks, once again having to deal with Zachary, and like clockwork experienced the exact same traumatic event with greasy breadsticks. However, this time I was buying for my track team's pasta party, and everyone commented on my sorry little bag of overly greasy breadsticks. I couldn't handle the backlash from who I thought used to be my friends, and I had to leave. Don't worry, this location is usually reliable, and I still return here for a quick pizza run. On a side note, I usually take my order from someone as nice as Tristan, who deeply cares about customer satisfaction. Employees like this are top tier, and they accompany the great experience that MOST of the time includes the reliable, delicious pizza. Little Caesars will always be a go to for me any day I need...
