Arby's — Restaurant in Canton

Normally, I have a decent experience but its becoming more & more often that an item is forgotten. Today is particular, I decided to go through the drive thru. I wasnt given a receipt. When I got home, I found that my sandwich was missing - normally, I would check before I leave but today I was in a rush. I wasnt sure if I was even charged for the sandwich, so I called. The manager was very nice & apologized as I had been charged for the sandwich. She said I would be given a meal instead of just the sandwich & a free sandwich voucher for a later date since I had driven home (15 minutes away) before realizing. Upon returning to pick up my order an hour later, I wasn't even given a bag: just the sandwich in a wrapper, no voucher & no meal as promised. Do not leave without checking your bag to make sure...

I was very disappointed with Arbys customer service. I ordered my meal, to find out that they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Considering it was their mess up and I had to waste gas to come back, as well as have cold food if i wanted to drive back and get them, I asked if she’d replace my meal. The manager Kristi told me no that she will not do not do that for me. I have never heard of a fast food restaurant that would not replace my meal if the customer asked, considering it was their mess up. She was very rude and unapologetic, I didn’t even get offered to get my money back or have my mozzarella sticks replaced. Horrible manager & customer service. I wasted $5 and will not be coming back to this fast food restaurant. I will also be warning others of this...

I've worked for Arby's before and I am not even gonna lie.....this place didn't match the expectations I was expected to have as an employee and I was a Team Trainer.

The order I picked up for Uber Eats wasn't completed. When I pulled up to the window, the 2 young men working looked more interested in flirting with each other than making sure the order I received was correct.

He even forgot to give me the drink that was ordered. Which I just happened to notice the receipt said "meal"...... Forcing me to go through the drive thru again...... After already heading down the road to deliver the food. When I came through the second time, an apology was never even offered.
