Dunkin' — Restaurant in Canton

I'm officially done trying to give this place a chance. Someone needs to reevaluate some of the employees and retrain or something! First, i had to stop using the drive through in the mornings because they're SO slow. I've sat at the speaker for 5 minutes or so once (when I had time to wait). Second, I started using mobile walk-in orders to avoid the slow drive through, and even that is a hassle. I order it 15 minutes ahead of time and either A. They still don't have it made or B. Now my drink is always sitting on a counter in the back, instead of the pick-up shelf! So I still have to waste time waiting! Now today was my last straw! My husband went to get my order (iced latte with oatmilk and brown sugar cookie flavor). He saw it and said i don't think this is right. They made a holiday cookie signature latte. But they proceeded to tell him that's what my order is. (?!). He didn't know any better so he brought it home. I can't have it because of ALLLERGIES so I brought it back myself and said this was only supposed to be an iced latte with oat milk and the brown sugar cookie flavor. They then continued to ask if I still want the toasted almond and whipped cream. (Clearly that is not what I just told you!) Then another employee walked over and had the audacity to tell me how to order my drink if I want it to be right. As if it's our fault you can't comprehend the simplest order! I will never be back and I hope the owner takes...

Hands down the best coffee shop in Canton, Ohio! Fair price, attentive service, and the store is clean, always spotless! There’s plenty of parking, making it super convenient. While the drive-thru line can get long in the mornings, I prefer walking in because it’s faster, and I often get extra attention; there's never a line inside.

The cozy fireplace is a perfect touch, especially during the winter, adding such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff here is young but attentive and respectful. It’s refreshing to see such excellent service, especially compared to other places I’ve been in NY/NJ.

The service here is outstanding, and my sandwich is always made exactly as I ordered it. I can’t recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts location enough! It’s conveniently located near my hotel in downtown Canton, and I want to thank all the amazing crew for their hard work. I’m so sad that this is the only Dunkin experience canton south gets. As a previous Dunkin employee I’m so surprised at the “service” or should I say lack there of at this Dunkin. If this wasn’t the only Dunkin’s/ coffee shop in the area I’d never even bother. My coffee is never right, they get lazy with any drink the customer won’t physically see them making. The lack of acknowledgment walking into the store unless you look like you could be a mystery shop is appalling. And the amount of employees worrying about their personal lives and having extensive conversations about it instead of their job is WILD!!! It would never fly at the Dunkin’s I’ve worked with. I’ve made calls and they were “sorry” but looks like nothings changed.. sad. So ask yourself is your 6$ coffee worth the lack of effort and attitude? If not we’ll skip this line then!
