One customer in front of me, four employees behind the counter and a manager in the seating area (doing extracurricular activities),go figure. So I waited and waited, oh yeah and I waited. 23 minutes after I get there, I got my chance to place my order. (Can I take your order?) What's your strongest drink? (What type of drink?) Anything that is your strongest. (I guess I could put more coffee in it with some espresso.) Okay I don't really drink coffee, I just walked for 51 miles 10hrs.21min. I just need something to boost me up. She then rang me up and said she would be right back,(three cars went thru the drive thru ) and here is my beautiful ice coffee. Read morePoorly run. The worker taking the orders was having a difficult time getting the order of the people in front of us, in my experience this often results in our drinks being made incorrectly. So we sat down and ordered ahead. This resulted in them putting the stickers on the cups and then just skipping them to get the drinks for the next person in line over and over again. Our food came out and we had already eaten it and we still didn’t have our drinks. I went to the pickup counter and they did nothing to help, just said it was up front. Now I have to go stand in line behind even more people to say hey can you get my drink, it’s been over 20 minutes. Finally someone who had just started at noon was making them. This place was really good for a while but the last 10 trips or so have either been missing items, had the wrong items or even one of the times I was double charged.
I always tip and am always polite and understanding for the mistakes but... It's getting a bit ridiculous to be honest. So far I've calculated around $40 worth of missing items and the only reason why I don't go back is because the line is so big, And if you walk inside for service it's just a whole different game
