Horrible. If this is a Franchisee location the Franchisee deserves to be cancelled immediately by the McDonalds corporation. If it's a corporate location McDonalds has dropped the ball. I stopped last night to purchase a meal. The line sat there for over 30 minutes. No car moved. People started driving off. It's like this every time. When I finally made it to the intercom and ordered the young man said "we ain't got no ice". They had no ice to put in any drink. I ordered and pulled around to the window. At the window the young woman told me that because I had ordered a squirt of extra tartar sauce on my fish filet sandwhich it would be $.66 cents. I told her to remove the extra tartar. What they did was remake the sandwhich and they then barely put any tartar on the sandwhich and the little that was there was placed on the edge of the sandwhich. The fish patties also appeared to be old and shrunk and the bread it was placed on was very very hard. In addition to the long wait and the horrible state of the fish sandwhich the man handed me a large ice tea in a plastic cup that was hot to the touch. Yes. It was hot as if it was just made. I at least thought he would serve the tea that had cooled. It did not occur to him that this was a potential safety violation. I asked for a reciept and I was told they could not give a reciept because the reciept printer was also broken. Along with the ice machine. At the very least they could have provided the extra tartar as a convenience since I had waited well over 30 minutes in drive thru and the fact the ice machine was broken and I was given a piping hot ice tea in a plastic cup. This is horrible. The only reason th Franchisee and or McDonalds allows such horrible service in my opinion is because the majority of people who frequent this location are people of color and they simply don't care how...
Read moreDated 12/3/22: First of all I had to wait 45mins in drive-thur to get my order taken at the McDonald's in Canton, Ms area, when I finally got it taken , they were very rude and when I got up to point to receive my caramel frappe I was told the machine was down, and it was going to take 10-15mins to get drink. They wanted me to park in the parking lot at #2 booth. So I decided to go in and noticed that every customer in there was already complaining about their order and service. Nobody was at the counter to take any orders and saw a guy coming from back where the food was at scratching his head with his gloves on. Finally the girl was getting ready to bring out my order to car since I met her at the door, I asked her could you provide a straw and she said straws at the front like I knew where that was at, and then I told her the frappe was not even frozen instead very liquidity like it was made in a terrible manner. And then the lady gotten an attitude about refixing my frappe so I decided to get an refund. I told the cashier who had on very long extended long nails that was not clean that I needed a refund , he then hollers towards the back to tell whomever I needed a refund. The man which I assume was the manager never apologized, didn't give me any eye contact, made no solution, open the draw and gave me my refund. And then preceeded to walk straight to the back. This is the most horrible experience and I will not be returning back again!!! And I will make sure all of my friends know how sorry Canton Ms McDonald's is !!! I advise nobody to buy anything there because if you had of seen how they were dress, terrible mannerism, uncleanness and then have a nerve to have an A on the board you would never go...
Read moreThis happens to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Multiple times they have sent out stale meat on the burgers. But last night took the cake! 12:35am I rolled in and ordered a Big Mac and a 20 piece Chicken nugget. Surprisingly the wait wasn't long at all. I thought, wow, this is great! I start driving down the road to pick up my son and decided to grab a juicy nugget. I bite into what could only be described as rocks! These nuggets obviously sat in the warmer for hours on end and not replenished when their sit timer was up! The Big Mac got sent as a grill order for no onion and light mac sauce and I didn't order it special!!! I ordered it how it was suppose to come! I just called and after 10 min on hold they hung up on me! I called back and they picked up and hung up! Called again and finally get a manager and a fax ring in my ear. And she says she can't do anything about it because she is a breakfast manager. That I would have to speak with the store manager and hes at a meeting. She refused to give me a corporate number. Refused to fix my order or even reimburse me. What kind of business are you running???? Also, your drive through might move faster if people didn't sit and dilly dally at the drive in windows with their friends, shooting the breeze for 15 min holding up the drive through. Is this acceptable to you? I want my $10.55 back or replace my order with fresh food and not something that tastes like it came out...
