Very very unprofessional service. Wouldn't let me finish my order, which was not accurate at all! Loud and obnoxious service, cashier , Latasha, loudly pointed out that I could only use one coupon per order per customer. Ok, I knew that but I had others with me who planned to order to. After this encounter, we did not order extra and grabbed our bags and left. This was very surprising to me and unnecessary. There is no need to treat customers the way she did. If this was reversed, I'm sure the "race card" would have been played but I'm not like that. We are all equal in my eyes but obviously not hers. It was obvious when others came in.

Read moreI literally drive out of my way 2 or 3 times a week to go to the other Wendy's clear across town on my lunch break because every time I try this particular Wendy's that is less than 5 minutes from my work it s always a horrible experience. They never get my order right, they are never friendly, they are so horribly slow, the fry cartons are never full (literally less than half everytime,) if you can even get your food. There have been numerous times I spent my entire 1 hour lunch break in the drive thru having to leave without my food Other times I finally get to the order box only to be told it will be 30 minutes before my order can be taken. Read moreCustomer service is EXTREMELY TERRIBLE at this particular location and to be honest, a lot of restaurants in Canton, Ms has terrible customer service! So I went into this particular location on June 23rd 2025 to gat a frosty and upon stepping to the counter.............NOTHING! There were 9 kids in there laughing, talking, half ass bagging drive-thru orders and no one ever looked my way to acknowledge me, there was even one employee counting down a drawer to the right behind the counter and she never said a word a walk right by to go count the drawer and I blame it on POOR MANAGEMENT!
