Starbucks — Restaurant in Cape Canaveral

Possibly the worst Starbucks in the world.

The guy next to me at the pickup point had been waiting 40 minutes for them to get his order right. He eventually received his final item, a wrap, only to find that it was frozen solid. Heaven knows how much longer he had to wait for them to sort that out.

A woman that had been waiting for a similar amount of time simply walked away without her order as she couldn't justify wasting any more time on it. This was a good call since her order didn't appear for another 20 minutes (so probably the best part of an hour after she ordered it).

Took nearly 40 minutes in a fairly short queue to get 3 drinks. I counted 7 staff behind the glass but only 1 taking orders (who also got orders ready) and 1 serving at the hatch. God knows what the others were doing. They all seemed more interested in chatting to each other than doing their jobs. Worst service ever from...
