The food: My wife and I (I use her account as I have none tied to my name) ate at one before (in the forum by I-75 in ft. Myers), it was was greasy and bland. This location was very different. Well seasoned, not too greasy, amazing toppings, and cheese that you could actually taste.
We got their "normal' cheeseburger. But what it comes with us pretty I impressive. For one thing you get as many toppings as you want from classic tomatoes to grilled onions. And they have a few interesting sauces as well, such as A-1. Oh, and its about a half pound.
They also have limitless salted shell on peanuts that are above normal quality. And if you eat them, shell and all (and you should), it makes a good substitute for fries. As a bonus I was even able to take some in a bag as it was a to-go order.
We have not tried the hot dogs.
The atmosphere: The pictures are pretty representative. Clean, well lit, and casual.
The price: ~$7.00 for a burger may sound high, and it kinda is, but it's worth it considering what you get. They also have cheaper singly patty ones.
Other: Here's why this location is a clear five star in my opinion. John, who I assume was a manager, was rediculiously helpful. My wife was recovering from our first child and wanted some thing other than hospital food. She's a type 2 diabetic, so I need to know the carbs for everything, but I couldn't find a good nutrition info online.
I'd like to mention here that Jhon had a great demeanor throughout. I don't know if he was just having a great day or what.
I asked John if he knew and he paused fit a sec then literally jogged, bordering on a run, to a cabinet that had the info. He wasn't panicky or anything. Just a real spring in his step. He got it out and told me what I wanted to know. I thanked him and stepped out of the line to call my wife and she what she wanted.
This is where he went above and beyond in my opinion. He walled back into the kitchen to check on something than flagged me over. Apparently they offer lettuce wraps or bowls so you can leave out the bread. Which, considering the close to 50 carbs, was a huge help. And he was very patient as I relayed the order over the phone. He's also the one who told me we could take a few peanuts to go.
Despite all my words, I can't really do him justice. Great guy, great food, good atmosphere, and good to great price. 9/10, we will...

Read moreTerrible experience. Will not return to this location. We placed an online order that said it would be ready at 3:34. I arrived at 3:35 and they hadn't even started our order. Finally they called the name on our order multiple times and I said that was for me. Got all the way home and it was completely the wrong order. 4 little burgers instead of 2 regular and a smaller fry. I called and told them what happened and they had already realized it. They said to come back and they would have the right order and would adjust the price and he told his manager. I get there and no other customers were there. One guy came up to the register, didn't greet me or anything, and finally I said I had just called in about having the wrong order and he had no idea what I was talking about so I explained and finally someone else walks up with a bag and asks if that was mine. I said yes and they handed me the bag and just stared at me. No apologies no nothing. Then I realize they didn't even remake the order so the fries were soggy and the burgers were cold. I completely understand that mistakes happen and wouldn't have posted a review if they had just apologized for THEIR mistake. They make Five...
