Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I would had given 1stars, but the young lady who took my order was friendly and I can't hold against her the lack of Toppings,and ingredients for the wraps for the manager should be responsible to keep items on stock or don't offer or sale what you do not have , I will say I do wish she had perhaps told me in advance, especially since I ordered 2 of the same wraps.. mine consisted of rice,( I couldn't find more than a sprinkle on mine, if that) smashed guacamole, (this I saw none at all on either of mine) black beans (funny enough I had opened my wrap at this point,and could count the black beans, 5 beans on 1wrap and the 2nd wrap had 3..) there was lots of lettuce and a couple tiny pieces of tomato..(I think that was tomato?) I had requested no ranch but a side of Peanut Thai sauce, that at least was done, the flour wrap itself tasted hard and stale.. I did open in the Cafe the wraps, and immediately told the server that it was lacking ,but if I could at least get a side of guacamole since it's supposed to be on both and I would had settled for that, she said sure, walked to the man, manager?? Spoke to him and turned to me saying "sorry they had none".. ( keep in mind, this is one of the main ingredients, and I had 2 of these wraps ,and I was never told they had pretty much nothing but lettuce on this wrap, and chips,well chipswere all gone ,all but jalapeño chips, or cheese chips. Neither I like. . I wanted baked lays, but oh well..so spent quite a bit of money for 2 bad wraps so unhappily I warn you avoid, and I promise I won't be back to visit..and no there is no excuses for they weren't busy..if I could I would had jumped behind the counter and cut up veggies,smashed some guacamoles,and made some rice and beans..but couldn't do that..but I can avoid this Tropical Smoothie..I'd recommend if they were as slow and unmotivated with 2 customers as I experienced that you try somewhere else or a different location...so a star for a friendly young lady, but no stars for bad food,for you could had at least offered me what you may have had handy.. but..you didnt.. and pictures of this mess wasn't...

Uber eats was showing Tropical Smoothie as "currently unavailable" during open hours. We decided to call TS, an employee answered the phone, he said the tablet was being charged and that it would be on in 5 minutes. We waited 30 minutes and it still wasn't on, so we called back and asked for the manager. Manager was allegedly unavailable, and we were assured they would turn the tablet on. They said wait 10 minutes again, and we waited 30 minutes again and TS was still being shown as currently unavailable. At this point it had been over an hour and our lunch break was now over. Myself and 3 of my coworkers were now left hungry with no time left to eat due to the employees at TS ensuring us they would turn the tablet back on; this was over a period of at least 1 hour. We decided to make a 3rd call to try and at least get smoothies since we had no more time to sit and eat. An employee at TS picked up and we again asked for manager, we were told again the manager was unavailable and that we were speaking with the "shift leader." We explained we missed our lunch break and had nothing to eat since we were promised multiple times that they would turn the tablet back on, the shift leader said he would turn it on. 20 minutes later TS finally became available on Uber Eats. Absolutely horrible experience on behalf of extremely poor management at...

Place the order online through the app and paid for it and do curbside pick up. They asked for a description of your vehicle and I’m in a white Ford F150 one blue truck took up both curbside parking spots and I was right next to it next to the island sitting in my truck with a running with my dog. I watch the door nonstop as I had a straight shot view of the front door the place was very busy I will give them that but no one came outside looking for my truck and I even called after sitting there for 10 minutes and someone said they be right out with it and I kept watching and nobody walked outside with a bag and a drink I finally had to leave my dog in the truck and turn the truck off to come inside and get the food and by then the smoothie had melted the lady behind the register said she had come out and looked for me and couldn’t find me and I know that’s not the case because I was already in the parking spot When I hit that I had...
