We wanted to try pizza that wasn’t from a chain. The pizza was great. We had a plain cheese and pepperoni pizza which my kids absolutely loved. My husband and I had the white queen pizza which was excellent. Flavor of pizza was definitely worth coming back for. Stick to the pizza though. We also ordered the bang and shrimp. Which was gross. No actual shrimp inside. It must’ve been cut into tiny pieces. Not spicy it was sweet chili sauce. Unfortunately , it was wasted money on that “shrimp”. Pizza was totally worth it though! Eat their pizza! Yummmmm

Was hoping that it would be good since reviews claimed it was, but $54 for 3 pizzas and it was all literally all crust and barely any cheese or sauce. The pizza were dry, and while I appreciate a thin crispy crust, that's ALL these had to them. The cheese was non existent on all three pizzas, it was like eating crackers with barely any cheese and for the price, very disappointing. The search for a decent pizza shop in Cape Coral continues

If you want completely tasteless pizza dough this is the place for you! There is not one ounce of flavor on or in the pizza or calzone dough. I think the flavor is so lacking it is even removing some of the flavor from everything else. It’s bordering on bizarre. I don’t think I’ve experienced anything like it. It’s a shame too really because food price is reasonable and the quality of ingredients is also good and fresh it seems.

This place sucks! Atmosphere wasn't anything special, felt cluttered and smelled strange. Definitely didn't feel like a place to dine in. Service was atrocious! I was next door buying a vape but they have no public restroom there. I went a couple of doors down to this pizza shop. It was only 5pm, a bit early for dinner but I was literally just telling the wife I felt like pizza tonight. I figured I'd grab a menu, use the restroom and then check out the menu with my wife so we could try them for dinner. I had to pee so badly and the only thing the lady cared about was if I was a paying customer, apparently those are the only people allowed to use the restroom there. If this is how you treat a person before even knowing if they're going to order something then why would I ever give my money to this type of establishment. Who denies someone using the restroom? Even if I had zero intention of being a customer, I should be allowed to use the restroom, have some common decency! I fast daily, i only eat dinner and only in a 3 hour window every day but I drink a TON of water throughout the day. I had to goto the bathroom so bad. I absolutely would have ordered pizza tonight during my eating window but instead we will spend our money elsewhere. Because of this I will never get to see if the food is 5 stars or 1 so I'm rating it a 1. I LOVE PIZZA as does my wife, it's my daughters favorite food too! If I wasn't treated so poorly and I liked the food you'd have had a new regular customer who would've left a great review and told all of his friends and family but instead you end up with someone who will never step foot in your establishment again and will tell everyone I know how I was treated today! We order pizza probably 3 times a week lol, you really lost business on this one. Luciano's pizza on pine island road just down the street is where it's at y'all! Also, the fishing shop a few doors down let me use the restroom with no problem at all. I guess it's Lucianos's pizza for my family tonight! Anyone looking for an AMAZING pizza place I recommend Lucianos for Cape Coral and Downtown house of pizza for Ft. Myers.

I was super excited when I walked in, thinking I found a new lil pizza joint and I left pissed off never wanting to return. Now that's customer service for ya! Smh 🤦‍♂️

EDIT: There was absolutely ZERO misunderstanding. She said "IT'S FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY " There is literally no other way to...

Ordered queens white for delivery. The crust was thin and crispy, and delivered quickly. Had appropriate amount of mozzerella and ricotta with good garlic flavor. Suggestions for improvement? First, I love the taste of fresh basil on white pizza's. While I don't mind whole pieces I realize that isn't to everyone's liking. Second, the ricotta is plopped in spoonfuls over the top of the mozzerella and was unseasoned and bland, and as I said the garlic flavor was good, although I couldn't see any pieces of chopped garlic. So how could I suggest making this even better? I would mix ricotta with salt and pepper, fresh chopped garlic and fresh chopped basil. I would then spread this onto the crust as the base. Then top with shredded mozzerella and follow with small pieces of fresh mozzerella to provide nice visual contrast, but having much improved flavor profile. Just my thoughts. Overall ok, just not the best I've had, but I gave it a 4 because 3.5 wasn't an option.🙂EDIT- I appreciate your willingness to accommodate my request, so I would be open to trying you again with that option. Have...

When i entered for the first time, I met Madison, the FOH manager. She explained each pie in the ready-to-go slice display & I took 2 slices pepperoni & 1 slice white to go. I loved the flavor of the cheeses on both types plus the mild pepperoni without the cup-&-char grease-filled cups! There are no "flops" no matter how long my slices sat until we arrived home to heat-&-eat the slices. A week later I brought home a whole plain cheese pie on their $10 Tuesday special. Madison was once again up-front & talked to me..not just an order taker! She was also waiting on tables.

The slices held up over the few days I kept them refrigerated, & I used my air fryer to reheat slices, a couple a day, 1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch, & I added 2 tablespoons shredded aged parm to each slice, which melted nicely, yet the crust never "flopped". They were good NY slices both times. Personally, I'd like to see a little thicker crust with a little more flavor to it. I will return to try more...
