I went to Europe about 6 months ago and I could not believe how fresh the bread and pastries were. I remember feeling bummed that I had to go back to America where bakeries didn’t make everything so fresh and authentic but I’m happy to report I have the real deal right down the street from me! If you are around the Cape Coral area Maddies Bakery is worth the drive! The owner helped me with my order himself and was happy to tell me everything is made from scratch! I think he could tell how overwhelmed I was with the unique selection, he explained what was in every single pastry and helped me with my selection. Does your child watch Bluey? Looking for pavlova for them? My son’s been dying to try pavlova since they have it in multiple episodes, and it was hard to find. Maddie’s has a wonderful individual size (but large!) for your Bluey lover. Made fresh! He dug in faster then I could take an aesthetic photo, but it was so pretty.
