Subway — Restaurant in Cape Coral

This place has flys everywhere and a lot of chairs cushions were ripped and there was soda residue on every table, but the real reason I’m writing this review is that who is hiring people who can’t speak English at all I get that this is south Florida and not everyone speaks English but I’m pretty sure the majority speaks English, I can’t even order food inside anymore because i can’t communicate with the employees! There was one Spanish lady who did understand English but the rest were horrible I wasted my time telling the man I wanted a wrap and a sub but he kept saying 2 sandwich? For 10 minutes but eventually I just said nothing and walked out the door and had to go to my grandma who has been waiting for the food for a while since I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and had to say I couldn’t order because the workers couldn’t understand me for the 3rd time at least Who is hiring these people for a job that requires communication. just like that South Park...

First of all let me say I will never return back to this Subway again. Me and my daughter and grandbaby go to go in the front door the door handle spins around and cuts my arm. Mind you this is after we've been calling outside the restaurant to make a phone order. Because online wouldn't let me do a online order. I didn't want to go and bring the baby out of the car he was sleeping. We go in waiting in line to make our order and we look over and there are flies climbing all over the food including the bread that she took out and put on the table and walked away from to ring somebody else out while wearing the same pair of gloves she walked to answer the phone finally. I had stopped at this subway and the guy behind the counter informed me that the credit card machine is not working, cash only It wasn't a problem for me but he said that a lot of people who came in walked out after he told them . Then no tomatoes and very little of the rest of the vegetables, the condiments were out, I got a cup of sweet tea that tastes like flavored water with very little sugar ( if it was in there you couldn't taste it, then I asked for chocolate chip cookies and got raisin. There used to be a black woman who worked there who was very good, the food was always great and I would tell everyone about going there, I haven't seen her in a long time but the place has gotten so bad I don't think I will ever go back . this store needs some...
