I don't even wanna give a one star review but I will. That one star is for the cleanliness and experience even though the woman behind the counter wanted to take her money as soon as we walk through the door! Again, that one star has nothing to do with the cookies because if it wasn't for my wife I would have returned them! So not impressed. All 6 tasted under baked! Not only that on our way to lunch my stomach was upset just from sampling each cookie. As I was driving I was burping with my mouth closed and then my wife sitting in the passenger seat said her stomach is turning from eating the cookies and I said oh so I am not the only one. I would have rather spent the $30 on a lottery ticket. I will not be back and I will share my experience with anyone that talks about the place. I definitely don't see what all the hype is about because the cookies are not good. We went to lunch down at the boathouse and I had a crab cake appetizer and bay scallops and french fries for my entree and I am still burping even after eating that.

All the reviews saying the cookies are under done are spot on they have potential they just don’t cook the dang cookie all the way through 🤦‍♂️. All the bad reviews are basically from people having a problem with the cookies being under cooked and I see the store replying to all these people with “thanks for your review if you have any specific problems or concerns call this number to voice it “ ??? We are here voicing our issue to you in your review and instead of replying with “we understand, we’ll talk with our team and fix the issue” or something along the line ,not “ok thanks here’s another number or way to complain “ ??? I have an idea maybe just I don’t know cook the cookies all the way until they are done ? Maybe ? Other than their main source of business not being cooked it’s a nice spot with nice employees. I am pretty upset. On Sunday I did the pick up feature on the app. My husband was picking it up on the way home. It took him 36 minutes to get his cookies and talked to 3 different people who would ask for the name and then disapper and never came back with the order. Today I did the order again. I was told my order was ready after 15 minutes of waiting in the vitural line. I went inside and waited some more to finallly be told they didn't have those cookies and if I wanted the oatmeal I would have to come back in a few hours! Which was strange because I have been told in thr past it only takes 7 minutes to make cookies. Also If I wanted the choclate chip I would have to wait 15 more minutes.
