Terrible place to do business! The weird looking kid with long hair who has no personality was spamming my button to open the disk drive and decided to say my disk drive wasn’t working on my console. So they decided to not buy my console because of that. Then the female worker will tell you that you have an attitude when she’s getting an attitude and being disrespectful to her customers. Unprofessional and she will tell you to shut up and not let you speak because she doesn’t want to deal with it. Then afterwards she will lie and say more things are wrong with your console to get the price lower. (It’s a Preowned console it’s not going to be perfect like a new one) Then proceeds to say we don’t need to buy it we have 100s of them. I would never go back to this place they don’t have respect for there customers and the people that walk in that door. At first I had a respectful conversation with the lady the day before and thought wow this place is amazing I’ll be back. Wow I was wrong! The next day was a nightmare and never felt so disrespected in my life. Haha it’s funny how much you had to explain your side of the story to feel right about the things that happened when you know exactly how you acted. A customer isn’t going to lie about their experience Instore in a 1 star review especially having saying they had an amazing time the day before. So we all know who got out of line.. you did ma’am. You should control yourself more cause you’re not the main character in my “sequel” I also sold my console for more than you offered and I thank you for turning my console away because I was left with a 5 star review and more money so that’s how I know it was all bs coming...

I went to this game store with my son the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday 2024). We went there to trade in some games and take advantage of their promotions that day. We were the first customers of the day and were greeted by an employee. I said good morning and explained the reason for our visit.

The employee then seemed annoyed that we wanted to trade in games, muttering under his breath, “Today is supposed to be a day for buying.” I placed the box of games on the counter, and as he walked away, he rudely said, “You know what to do.”

I asked the employee if he wanted me to come back another time, and he replied, “I don’t give a damn what you do.” At that point, I told my son to go to the car while I stayed behind to speak with the owner.

When I explained what had happened, the disgruntled employee claimed I was lying. I told the owner to check the security footage as proof of the incident. As I was leaving, the employee gave me the middle finger.

I have been a loyal customer of this shop for the past few years, spending thousands of dollars on purchases and trades. However, I will never return due to the disrespectful treatment I received and the owner’s lack of action in addressing...

A year ago I bought a PlayStation 2, and came back the next day to return it because it wasn't reading discs. I was denied the return because wiping dust off the console's disc tray that they should have cleaned was just too much.

I avoided the store for a while, and only returned to look at things and go "huh, I should get that on EBay." I later decided to start buying again and they seem to have shaped up their act quite a bit, I purchased a console... and it worked! I still decided to take a point off for the console though, since some impressions last, especially 90$ ones.

The one passive-aggressive employee that a lot of the older reviews complained about is nowhere to be seen, and I can say that I buy from them.. sometimes! Their selection is pretty good, with the occasional niche gem popping up for a steal and probably the only store to have a decent amount of PSVita games, even if the prices on them are a little sharp. Their trade ins are good in value, the prices are acceptable, and the employees are a good talk....
