Wawa — Restaurant in Cape May

Waited 20 min at 10:40am on a Wednesday for 2 bfast sandwiches and a bfast burrito. While waiting, a guy received his order and said "Im still waiting on 3 more" politely. One staff was rude and snapping on another employee refilling condiments. The other ladies behind counter frantically scurried making sandwiches that never appeared at the pick up -- I guess they were online orders. However, at this point there were about 20 people waiting for their food. The guy still waiting on his 4 sandwich order ahead of me is given 2 sandwiches and showed his receipt for 1 more outstanding. They scurried around some more before saying it must have been stolen. It wasnt. We had all been standing there. But they made him another. Shortly after, I received my order for sausage egg and cheese biscuit and a bacon egg cheese and biscuit + 1 burrito. I walked out and checked order. I had the biscuits and the bfast meat... but no egg or cheese. I cut my losses on a waste of 15 bucks. I won't go back for food.

But their coffee is great and the place is clean, so...

I've been going to wawa for my whole life, in towns in the south jersey and philadelphia areas. I have never seen the teamwork and pure hard work that I saw today at the hoagie counter. 7/5/22 at 12:51 apparently is a crazy time to order sandwiches at the wawa in cape may. Understandably so. While waiting for our number to be called, I swear I witnessed at LEAST 100 sandwiches be made to order, all within about 20 min. I've never seen lines so long or so many printedtickets. These employees did this, all with a smile on their faces and a have a great day to all who picked up. Despite being harrassed and yelled at by impatient people who clearly didnt notice the 50 people standing in line and despite running out of ingredient after ingredient. There was so much chaos happening and they all took it ins stride....

The worst Wawa in Cape May county. The manager's so worked up on what little kids were saying about her, when she should show some respect to her customers and do her job right. Nasty, rude manager. Dirty bathrooms, never have anything working. Cappuccino and ice coffee machines are always out or broken. Coffee Island is a stinky, dirty mess. Lot and lobby have trash everywhere. Food takes forever to be made when it's not even busy. Workers are just playing around in the back. Orders are never right. They either miss half the stuff you order, or they add a sauce you never asked for. I'm never ever coming back here, and I'm definitely going to get in touch with higher up because this is a...
