City of Carbondale — Local services in Carbondale

Once again, the woman who drives the plow truck for Carbondale destroyed my driveway entrance. She goes out of her way to make sure my driveway is damaged every year. I repair it, only to have it destroyed again the following year. I even asked her personally to not damage my driveway. She has also torn up the curbs with her POOR plowing skills. Not one other property has this done to them, so this shows that she is doing this intentionally. I called the DPW supervisor a couple of years ago, but I just got the normal B.S. I am missing several tax bills and called Jennifer Krazan several times. After three messages, she has not returned my call. The bills are printed and stuffed into envelopes in such a way that the name and address is not visible to the mail carrier so I am trying to obtain copies of my missing bills Jennifer has not returned my call after as of today.
