Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Carbondale

I had ate out for the first time here at this location in Carbondale. I am pissed to the max with this place. They gave my family and I, pizza that was so old it didn’t have no sauce on it old and it was on the cold side and the wings was so rubbery not done. It was like the pizza been sitting there waiting on someone to purchase just a pepperoni pizza. I say all this is too say thank you domino’s for my now food poisoning yes I said it I have developed food poisoning because it goes to show that how the food was not temperature ready which was on the cooler side, and how old it was and yes I could have taken it back but when you just drove so many hours home from another state and I had to drive 15 minutes to Carbondale to get the food and it’s late you just want to grab something to eat and relax not knowing it was going to give me food poisoning but never again. And I never known for pizza places to not wear gloves when they fix pizzas. I don’t care how many times they wash their hands it’s still the principle and the guy who rung me up left that prep station area to come and cash me out came and touched the register and who knows what else when I left. So nasty. Get some new clean and caring about people health people before yall get lawsuits poisoning people health was not cool because them workers to lazy to ensure they are providing exceptional service. I’m pissed about getting sick off this food as folks can tell. I don’t never leave reviews but this one top the cake of nasty and I always cook at home but wanted to enjoy some food outside the home...

No matter how many times I order there is something wrong and every time it's something different. This is kind of fun for me now.

Once I ordered two sandwiches and they mixed the toppings from both to make entirely new sandwiches.

-Another time the pizzas were cut so shallow we had to go back over it with a knife, and the sandwich I ordered didn't come with the sauce it's supposed to, wasn't cut in half, and the fillings were splattered out of the sandwich and I had to eat it with a fork and knife.

Most recent time we ordered sandwiches and pizzas, our usual. The chicken sandwich had it's chicken switched with a boneless breaded chicken, what I assume they use for the boneless wings but not crunchy. It tasted fine so I'll eat it anyway. But the pizzas all had this mistake too. 2 medium pizzas had their chicken replaced with breaded chicken.

This has been a really fun adventure thus far. I look forward to what happens next. I seriously find this fun and funny. Each time it's something different so I'm really excited to see what they do next.

Edit: I haven't ordered from here in a long time because I learned how to make my own pizza that's cheaper and better. But I just got helping someone move so I didn't feel like cooking. The order was correct, Micah was very nice, friendly, and quick. Would have tipped more had I had physical cash. But who carries paper anymore?

I usually order a cheap 5.99 Pizza from Little Ceasors when I want a quick meal. Thought I'd use Dominos because they offer Gluten Free Crust. They had a promotion for buy one and get one of equal value or less for free for online or carry out. I made the order and wanted delivery. As I tried to check out there was no promo code on the online coupon. I called the store and the clerk had no idea of what I was talking about. (Carbondale, Il) location. I decided that if I would pay full price I may as well try one of the higher end pizza places. Too bad because I wanted to use Dominoes in the future. For some reason local chains have better service in this area. The chain stores are less consumer friendly. That's okay, I plan not to use this particular Dominos or any in this area again, unless I'm really desperate to spend...
