Pat's pizza and Hoagies — Restaurant in Carbondale

Pat's pizza has been around for about 30 years and is a staple food on Carbondale's very Italian west side, run entirely by a small family that knows how to make incredibly good pizza, the only place to get a great Sicilian and it's highly sought after so order a Sicilian earlier in the day bc limited supply, the four cheese is also incredible and I highly recommend it, they also sell round pizza by the slice, it gets extra crispy when they reheat it, if you're on the go it's the best slice you'll ever have, Italian hoagies are very lightly toasted and have a perfect meat/veggie ratio and consistency making them easy to eat and delicious, for the same price as a gas station hoagie in a convenience store, there's no reason to go anywhere else, inside the small shop has a cool paint job and welcoming atmosphere and some cool movie memorabilia, if you haven't tried Pat's and you're wondering if it's worth it to go out of your way to get...

So I called placed a order for a large pie and a sub waited a hour and 10 mins then get a call saying the delivery can't find my house so I tell them it's at the bottom of the hill so 5 more mins food gets here kids are hungry so the go for the pizza Herr the pizza is cold after waiting all that time paying 25.00 to just get some cold food so I call and explain to them and here I get told I gave the a wrong address and that they could not find my house then said I never told them I lived in a 4 bedroom basement now here my house is right in view so he tells me he will not make me a new pizza just bring it back to them and he will give me my money back what a shame if I had my car I would have went right over there and would have gave them that dam cold pizza I will never place a order there again bad...

Normally not a problem there but today get a chicken bacon ranch salad and it took 35 minutes and it was not busy . . Then I finally get the salad and he tells me they dont have forks !!! Would have been nice to know that in the beginning. ... then I open the salad and it has about 1/2 a chicken finger !!! I figured it took this long because it would have a fresh chicken breast on it ...not only that the worst cheapest bacon on it .. SALADS ARE NOT YOUR FORTE!! Not only that just slices of American cheese from the hoagies thrown in it .. Wonder if I can get my $11.50 Your right I got a water also paid cash.. Like I said if I had known that ahead of time I would have just got a hoagie I also...
