Amazing customer service! Amazing food! In today’s World of commerce, you don’t find this level of customer service EVER!!! I called all the way from Phoenix, and done to Nicole, I remember her from being in their about 6 months ago, always friendly and happy with a smile. I asked her a question that I instinctively thought would be a no answer. I asked could you ship me over night Pierogies and some of that amazing chili? She said she’d ask Dominick and get back to me, she called back in just minutes with a YES !!!!! The very next day Dominick is at the post office with two boxes with Dry Ice in tote…. He has never done this before but wanted to go above and beyond.. he drove all over town, getting the material, having folks stay a little later to make it happen, messaging me more excited than even me to check on if it arrived and what I thought… This is an ICONIC restaurant, been around since the 20’s almost 100 years… the level of attention and customer service is the greatest I have ever experienced in my life. I travel all over the globe for food, this is worth the shipping, it’s a must stop if you’re in the area. I can’t say enough great things about...

I have great memories of this place from back in the day, when they were located in a hole in the wall. Been nearly a decade since I was there last, but recently got into talking about it to coworkers, and could start to remember that taste of mustard and chili. Unfortunately, those memories don't match up to what I recently experienced.

From sitting down to receiving my lunch took under two minutes, with no burger touching the flat top grill. And unbelievably, this was right after opening. It looks to be they keep pre-cooked burgers just warmed in a container on the flat top, with buns steaming next to it, which I didn't get with my pretty solid bun, being told since they just opened they didn't have them ready yet. The chili was pretty thin too, a far cry from my memory of being able to drag fries through it to pick it up, which wasn't possible now.

Without a doubt if they reverted the chili back to how it used to be and cooked their burgers fresh to order, it'd be a great place again. But as it is now, right after opening and being served pre-cooked food when they should be specializing in chili cheeseburgers, I can't justify going...

When I want MEAT this is the only place to get it.....When I say MEAT I mean burgers!! Real burgers 🍔 smothered in that chili that's a homemade family recipe that keeps me comin back for more...I get the chili cheeseburger and they know I want everything on it such as the mustard the diced onion the ketchup.... Who can have just a burger here when they have the best fresh cut fries you could dream of....don't forget to drizzle or drown them in chedder cheese to give your taste buds a superb experience....and if your still hungry after that ....get churself a Texas weiner to save the day put everything on it and enjoy!!!...A party in your mouth!!!
