I have no problem with the store but I want to make sure that my review is received because this employee needs sat in the corner.

I waited in the drive-thru for several minutes but nobody came, finally a truck driver who was making delivery got a boy's attention to come help me but it took him a couple minutes after that to get over there and then he was very unenthused about helping me and when I told him I had a pizza he closed the window in my face and went back to cutting pizzas, luckily Robin came back from a delivery and got my pizza for me, it had been sitting there. She was friendly, but that boy was extremely rude and I won't deal with him again. I didn't catch his name he never came back to the window. He's very short, very frail, light complected, and dark short hair. He look like he was about 16 years old. He was extremely rude and short, I don't really care but he just needs to act like an adult when customers come to the window. I was in a hurry and had money in my hand hanging out the window. I'm sure taking customers money is more important than what he had going on. I certainly won't put up with him again. My pizza was burnt, I asked for it well done so I get what I asked for but it was way too well done. It looked like he possibly sent it all the way through again. Part of it was unedible. I guess it's my fault for ordering well done, I won't do that again if i order again. I told Robin to tell him that I was going to make him famous so I was just keeping my word. This is the worst dominos pizza I have ever ordered from. I love dominos pizza usually.. however will be ordering from pizza inn, in this town. I have received a couple pizzas and brownie orders over cooked, but things happen on busy weekend days....however when we pay extra for multiple sauces having 2 picky eater kids and wait over an hour for my $40 pizza order to have my delivery person say they gave the extra sauces i paid extra for to the last delivery sorry, is unacceptable to me. Not to mention breadsticks automatically come with marinara, but I didn't get that either. So we had dry breadsticks and dry pizza, which I had to go buy my kids taco bell after spending $40 on pizza because they don't like dry pizza one kid eats marinara when the other eats garlic butter. I called and spoke with the store manager who offered no assistance in resolving the issue, he only offered me to wait another hr for another delivery of just sauces, in which we would have very cold pizza and breadsticks. We had already waited over an hour for our first delivery. The store manager proceeded to hang up on me when I stated his resolution idea was unsatisfactory. I called corporate the next morning, was told I would get a call from the owner of the location, I never received a call back. I love dominos pizza I order dominos everywhere I go, it is my go to pizza...but in this town i wouldn't reccomend it to my enemies, to waste almost $50 on pizza after tip and have bad service and management is beyond...
