Luna Grill Bressi Ranch — Restaurant in Carlsbad

RUDEST service I ever had! I live a few blocks away & frequent the Resturant's here in Bresi Ranch often, there are so many good choices here , Board & Brew, Tommy V's, Fish District, etc... It's a shame no one (Chystal, MGR on duty) cares how the kids at night treat or mistreat their guests. We came in 8:45, with other customers still in line waiting to order and after we got our food, I was asked WITHOUT requesting one, if I wanted a TO GO box. I explained to the busboy, Robert "I was still eating" and Robert again said, "Do you want a to-go -box?" I said "No, I want to finish my food" and I pointed to the 3 remaining pieces of chicken & rice on my plate. Then Robert pointed to all the cleaned tables and said "Well, I have to clean this table, also." I hadn't taken very long to eat but wasn't told when I ordered I needed to eat in my car because the young staff has somewhere to go regardless of whether customers are allowed to eat their food or not.

When we spoke to Crystal (the MGR) on our way out she could have cared less. We watched them laugh and discuss this together after we left. Maybe Luna Grill should be a drive thur and have drive thur prices instead of sit down. Or better yet with Rude servers...

Luna grill in Bressi Ranch is always a good choice for lunch, dinner or catering! I hadn’t visited this location in a while as my office shut down after COVID. We would always cater from here and the food was fresh and delicious every single time. I was missing my weekly Luna Grill fix and decided to meet my husband for lunch last Friday. We were greeted right away by Baylee, she was so kind, engaging and helpful. She let us know how long our order would take, checked on us a few times and went above and beyond for everybody in the restaurant at the time. For a fast casual environment she made it feel welcoming and pleasant - thanks Baylee!! The food was delicious too. We got the gyro plate and the portions were huge. It’s a bit pricey for lunch but I think it’s worth it because of the quality and portion size. I have never been disappointed by the food or catering service, if we still had our offices I know we’d be getting weekly catering. Thanks Luna Grill for always delivering...

Luna Grill is one of my favorite places to grab a quick and fresh bite in Carlsbad. The chicken kabobs are always moist and the salads are crisp with just the perfect amount of dressing. The sizing is huge, so don't be afraid to split even a salad or order off the a la carte menu. The apple walnut salad with added chicken is my go-to. It is all so savory and delicious, it's healthy food done correctly!

Catering is really easy with Luna Grill, as well. I love that I can call in the morning and place a big order that can likely be fit into the delivery schedule or be quickly prepared for a fast pick-up. All the employees are so friendly and helpful!

Pricing is the only thing that stops me from making this an everyday meal. They do not offer many/any lunch specials, which would be a nice bonus. Yet, you do pay for the quality and I have never been...
