I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the unforgettable experience you provided for my son Nicholas’s birthday celebration. From the moment we arrived, the energy, attention, and enthusiasm from your team made us feel incredibly welcomed, and it truly set the tone for a day filled with fun, laughter, and excitement.

Nicholas and his friends had the absolute time of their lives, and we owe it all to your staff’s hard work and commitment. Each of you went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, managing each activity with ease and kindness that put us all at ease. It’s not often you find a team so dedicated to creating a safe and joyful experience, and we’re immensely grateful.

A special shout-out to Ish, the manager, for his exceptional leadership and genuine care. Ish’s attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs made all the difference, allowing Nicholas and his friends to enjoy every moment. Affordable Family Fun Special Needs Friendly

Outside, it looks like Sky Zone got a desk job in a cubicle. But inside? It's the best location in North County!

I like that snacks are affordable. Great place for high functioning teen events!

BONUS: PARENTS Large seating area w/big screen sports! I recommend waiting w/your kids & grabbing a snack!

This location prioritized the waiting adults and the kids fun! I wish I'd gotten pics of it inside, but I was busy enjoying the NFL playoffs! Snacks were generous portions under $10

SPECIAL NEEDS Under $25 for per kid, so it's budget friendly for teen entertainment Very nice to get exercise You can stay & discreetly monitor your kids without looking too clingy

I highly recommend this location for high functioning special needs families.

It's just enough stimuli that can involve various levels of social interaction. Kids can take breaks as needed from the action and can be reunited with group or jump alone, while still being part of the fun.

Our experience at SkyZone Carlsbad was absolutely unacceptable and traumatic. My daughter fractured her leg on their high jump attraction, which gives little to no guidance on how to properly fall. Shockingly, there was NO EMERGENCY RESPONSE plan in place. Instead of helping, the staff told my husband to drag our injured daughter out of the play area himself while she was in excruciating pain!!!!!!! What if it was a spinal injury?? To make it worse, right after this happened, our toddler son nearly fell from the same area because it’s completely unprotected and again the team lacked any safety awareness or support. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. We were told someone from their “risk team” would contact us, but no one ever did. No call. No follow-up. No accountability or concern! They didn't even offer to refund our visit or our membership. SkyZone Carlsbad is NOT SAFE, and their handling of emergencies is appalling.
