Subway — Restaurant in Carlsbad

Just had the worst experience ever at this Subway. Went in to get a signature wrap combo, this place had no tomatoes on the bar, I asked the server and she just simply said we don’t have any........oh how I could taste those tomatoes on my wrap! I informed the guy at the register that I would be making this a combo and ask, small, medium or large? I say medium, he hands me a cup and guess what? No ice, I asked did they have any and he said no and that he didn’t know what was wrong with the machine? Really? He knew all along that it didn’t have ice but still asked small medium or large. Oh how I could ride and have ice in my cup.....never again will I take my money to this...

The skinny caucasian woman with dyed red hair, named LEAH was RUDE to me today. Supposedly she is a manager. She refused to make more sweet tea and lied about calling the other Subway in Walmart to see if they had any. I actually went to the other Subway inside Walmart right after and was told by the employees that she never called them. That her "RUDE" behavior is typical. This is my first time in Carlsbad NM and if I ever visit again, I will NOT go to this Subway. Unless, they have a better manager who is properly trained in customer service. ...
