If you like your money stole, Subway APP can do that! I ordered thru the app on a Friday, got charged 3 times for 1 order, $65+. Tuesday after talking to a RUDE! tech support over the phone he said he would refund 2 charges, nothing more, no gift card nothing for the more than a hour i spent on this. Not feeling very confident he was going to do anything I called the store. District manager Kelly, very polite, said she would take care of it but mistakenly only refunded 1 after a week, another week for the other refund.
Besides the money mess up the store was one I'd never go back to. I ordered at 6:35pm and it was to be ready at 6:55pm. I go inside, 1 other person in the store, no line. As I go up to the register where you pick up online orders, ONLY THEN do they start making my order! 10 minutes later I leave, the sandwiches are very poorly made, meat all on one side just generally a bad sandwich.
Again, bad sandwiches I can forgive, maybe the "artist" was having a bad day. But taking my money and making me hustle for it back for a week and offering nothing but a free sandwich is unforgivable.
Not going back here or other Subway's for a long time. Word of advice, delete the app unless you want to pay $30+ for...

From Monday to Friday, between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, customers are attempting to grab their dinner, yet only one employee is scheduled to handle the entire store. This leaves the lone worker overwhelmed with both walk-in and online orders, resulting in long wait times for the customers. It is unacceptable that during peak hours, there aren’t at least two staff members on duty to manage the influx of patrons. In contrast, on a Saturday morning, a female manager was observed working alongside two other employees, which significantly alleviated the workload and had no wait times! This disparity highlights a troubling trend: the Subway location is losing business each evening due to inefficient management and the frustration of customers who are tired of waiting in line. *this is in no way a complaint about the poor kids who are busting their butt every night...
