Definitely and upgrade for West Carnegie, bar-wise, to keep up with a decently growing restaurant scene (Leo and Seoul). It's a nice sized space, but set up awkwardly. The pool table is located right inside the front door which makes for a strange situation as you try to avoid sticks and people's game as you are coming in and out. That type of set-up is fine for regulars but slightly awkward for new guests.
I would also expect a glass instead of a 10 oz thin-wall plastic solo cup when ordering a mixed drink. Plastic is fine, considering it looks like there is outdoor seating for warmer months, but there are plenty of better plastic barware alternatives out there (re-usable too).
