This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location. Don’t get me wrong the employees are nice (for the most part), but the service is HORRIBLE. They also seem to charge more than any other Dunkin I go to, but I chalked it up because I live near by and it’s convenient for me. However, I realized I’m willing to take a bit of trip to the Dunkin on north avenue since this one (on numerous occasions) has overcharged me. But when I stop here I’m usually on my way to work so I don’t have time to argue about the additional charges (but I should), especially since at times they don’t give you your receipt so you have no clue what you got charged for. They also never, ever get my order right. And 90% of the time I get more creamer and or milk than the actual coffee. The lines in the morning are a good, 10-15 min wait which is ridiculous! Also I decided to go there one evening because I needed to refuel, there was a young guy that worked that evening shift; he took my order, walked outside and chatted with a girl for 5 mins who did not work there! At this point I’m at the drive through window, waiting for my coffee, but he doesn’t care because he’s getting paid to chit chat on the clock. Anywho, they then proceed to come into Dunkin, and continue to talk. He looks at me, we make eye contact and then continues to talk to the girl. I spent a good 10 mins waiting for NOTHING. So, I drove off, and went to North Ave. No offense, but if I was the owner of that franchise I would pay a little more attention to what is going on in order try to figure out what’s working and what’s not. Read moreI never write a bad review, but today Warranted. What I experienced today was pure stupidity and Power hungry 8:30 in the morning, no matter what they say. It was empty not a car behind me, nor in front of me and I needed two separate Orders the gentleman clarified that that’s not possible. He’s only allowed to do one or order per car. I sat there quiet for one second looked around, looked at my mirrors, and I explained no one was behind me and asked if he could do that. Continue to say no when I asked, are you being serious he said his company policy I have to come to the window and go around again which I refuse to do so I said I’ll pull back reverse and you can take my next order. He explained he would not do that. I’m sure the other staff heard how stupid this conversation was and someone hopped on and took my order And when I got to the window, the gentleman with glasses, probably the manager wanted to explain himself when I made comments about how ridiculous this was and still no cars behind me.
And now that I’m on this review now I’ll explain the last time I went there in which they gave me cold, bacon snack bites And I said can you warm them up? I’ve never had them cold. They said they’re always serve cold so I never returned to their location again because it’s a lie. I’ve gotten these for years and I’ve never had them cold. All of the workers feel like it’s such a nuisance to do their job and if it’s out of their job, they failed to care about the customer service because it’s going outside of what they need to do. Read moreThis Duncan Donuts has to be the worst experience I've ever had. I use it at least twice a week, it use to be great service, but these days it is disgusting. I stopped there last week with my two grand daughters, found we couldn't get in, they had closed the part for walk in customers and were just serving drive through. Yesterday, I was there again with my grand daughters, one was sick so I stayed in the car with her and watched the 11 year old through window. She was absolutely ignored, there were two people serving. Finally, I locked my young grand daughter in car and went in to see why Emma was not being served, I was told they were busy with drive through, I said what about customers inside. Was given a nasty look, she served my grand daughter, then made her wait for change while she talked to another drive through customer. Something is seriously wrong with the management of this store.
