When you go to this place, your eyebrows will raise. It is in an office space. Probably to save money. But boy will your eyebrows also raise when you taste this place!
I had three empanadas because I was hungry. They are 6 bucks each at the moment, they are about the size of 3/4 of your hand. They were absolutely delicious. I had the Argentinian beef, the chicken curry, and the Padilla beef (or whatever it's called lol)
The Argentinian beef was like chunks of steak and it had some great seasoning and other stuff in it. This was the best one I think. The chicken curry was also amazing, and the other one wasn't as good because it wasn't as salty. Each one came with a sauce, they have recommended sauces and they were absolutely incredible.
Believe the hype. The crust is nice and flaky, the insides have tons of flavor. The sauces added a really nice touch that worked really well with these things. We got our food instantly and the people working there were very nice...
Read moreWow, the flavors of these empanadas were just outstanding. We got the Argentinian beef, pork belly, chicken curry, and for dessert the guava cream cheese. All the sauces recommended for pairing with the empanadas were just so complimentary. We were just blown away by how good the flavors were of each empanada and each sauce as they were all so different, but just so delicious! The empanada dough was flaky and tasted like someone just made it at home in their kitchen. I’m so glad we stumbled across this place, looking forward to getting this again soon and trying more of their food! Just a side note, there’s no seating and it’s just a to go or delivery little set up, but we walked in and the woman working was super helpful in helping us pick out what to get. They had the food out to us in about 10 minutes, overall great experience. We’ll be keeping a look out for their food truck too! Thank you to them for a...
Read moreYou’d never guess there’s amazing food tucked away in this industrial/commercial complex, but wow—this place is worth finding. It’s takeout only (though they have a picnic table outside), and the service is fast and friendly. I tried two empanadas: the bacon and cheese (good, but feels more American-style) and the Argentinian chicken, which is next-level incredible. Whatever seasoning or voodoo magic they use, I almost turned around to get more on the spot.
The lady taking orders was great, offering helpful suggestions on sauces, and we talked about their take-home packs of empanadas you can reheat or bake later. I’ll definitely grab those next time.
This is the kind of small, out-of-the-way local spot that deserves support. I’ll be back soon—and...
