Christopher's Pizza — Restaurant in Carolina Shores

My husband and I used to love this place. They used to have the best pizza that I've ever had. They've actually messed up on our order several times in the past, but the food was so good, that we've overlooked it every time. This past time we ordered food for us, it was like it wasn't even the same restaurant. We ordered pick-up. We got a Hawaiian pizza, some pepperoni rolls, and a chicken philly. The pizza was okay, but lacking the quality that they used to uphold. The pepperoni rolls were cold and tough. And the chicken philly was the worst of them all. $8.50 for this sandwich and it wasn't even worth $2.50. The bread was stale, chewy and not the same bread they used to have, there was hardly any chicken and some of the pieces were burnt and dry, hardly any peppers and onions, I couldn't even taste any cheese on the sub, and was so bland and tasteless. It was the worst chicken philly I ever had. I posted a picture for people to judge for themselves. Messing up our order several times was annoying but can be overlooked with good food. Although they didn't mess up our order this time, the food was so horrible, it's safe to say that they've lost our business after being customers...

We have lived in this area for a little over a year. We love eating out, sometimes too much, but I have tried many restaurants from Wilmington to Myrtle Beach and everywhere in between. I was married tonight. During the planning, my fiancée asked me where I wanted the reception. I said Christopher’s without hesitation. I offered the ENTIRE menu and my dog got the bill.

I picked Christopher’s for the taste of their food...by far, my favorite restaurant here. The hospitality though, was amazing. I wasn’t too demanding but they really took the time for us. They made sure we had two servers and they worked very well together. They even let us store the cake in the refrigerator all day KNOWING that would prevent them from selling dessert.

Everyone likes their pizza differently, so I can’t say it is the best pizza around. But you can’t give a vote to ANY pizza place until you have at least tried Christopher’s. Thank you for the...

Food is always good and have always found the staff that serves us to be friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the pricing of late is out, and I mean OUT, of control. Two small pies [one w/pepperoni] and a cold sub sandwich - over $50! Seriously? I understand there is a $4 delivery charge, but still over $50 for what we ordered? I'm sure the owner(s) raised their prices, using Covid as an excuse. Why not? Everybody else is jacking up the prices blaming it on Covid, but most likely that's not the case - just wanting more profit. Even our neighbors, as well as other dining guests I've occasionally chatted with when dining in, have commented on the high coats now to eat there, or order from home. We will still go there, but now only once in a while - as there are other local places to go whose prices are much, much more in line with what you order/eat....
