Been coming here for a while and every time I order the turnover I also ask them for a cup of icing on the side even if they have to charge me for it and I always get it. Today are walking about 1220-ish and saw a big dude sitting on the counter with his back to the public looking at his phone. Pants or not my food is settled on that counter regardless that’s kinda nasty. The lady Who said they don’t serve icing on the side looked miserable and sluggish. I’m thinking they should do what they do at my job and have a mandatory monthly meeting with every single employee and talk about courtesy, morals, rules and how to treat a smiling customer. I swear if I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve walked the minute I saw that dude sitting on the counter. I went from smiling and saying yum food to yuk. Maybe better pay would help yes?? Something to help them appreciate their duties and customers yes?
Date is 1/26/23 I had to add to this review because it wouldn’t let me leave another one. It is 8:17 PM just getting off work I walk up to the door and it’s locked. There’s people eating inside, according to Google the place closes at 11. I decided to pull up to drive-through and I didn’t get any response sitting there for 10 minutes. Again this is a separate review from the one I left five or...
Read moreUpdate: it's 2022 now and I decided to give it another shot. They didn't give me the dip for my French dip meal and the line is around the building so I can't ask for it. The dip is pretty much the whole point of eating this and now I'm getting a stomach ache. It's fine though, I'll try it again in like 4 or 5 years.
15 years ago I came in here and asked for a burger and they turned me away with a really sour attitude. 10 years ago I came in here and ate 4 roast beef and cheddars and threw up my internal organs. 5 minutes ago I went here and it was fine but they still haven't regained my trust. I talked to the manager here and they told me the long term plan at this location is to do a full demolition and rebuild it into a chick fil-a. I'm actually pretty pumped about this since Arby's has essentially outlived it's life cycle and it's time for them to no longer exist. I just want to shout out to the great staff here that will soon be changing over their uniforms for the new chick fil-a uniforms. I hope this doesn't come as a surprise but everyone who works here is going to have to start saying "my pleasure" after...
Read moreThis location is always closing early or leaving customers to wait at the menu in the drive thru with no line in front of them for up to 15 minutes. They often close at 9 or earlier seemingly on a whim. Even when you can order the order is almost always wrong.
Edit: It has been months, and I have reported these repeat issues to the Arby's customer service website more than once as well. The location is still not open during their listed hours, both online and on the door at the location, and seem to close on a whim. 6pm, 8pm, doesn't matter, if they don't feel like being open they aren't. They also don't put any signs up to let anyone know that's the case. Employees are inside and wait until you go through the drive through to tell you they're closed. Honestly how is this place still up and running at this point? They've been operating like this for over a year, if you're paying employees to be inside but not "open" and selling anything, you must be hemorrhaging money on electricity and supplies (although maybe not supplies since the few hours a day they are open they seem to be out of half...
