Customer service is ridiculous here. I order using BK app, on last long weekend and I was near Melissa, TX on the way to the Oklahoma cabin. After ordered I saw the pick up point was at this location at Carrollton, which was 1hour away from where i was. So I try to cancel it but there isn't any way on their app. So I went to the BK at Melissa and explained to them and they told me they can do anything but as long as you don't pick up your order the location at Carrollton should give you money back. So I went back there yesterday to as for my order and the man at the window told me after 5mins. He said he can't help me because it was order by app. I told him to look it up, and I am sure you can see no one has claim that order. He tells me he can't check the order for past days because there system can't track back any past order. I was like what?!! He told me just go to the app and ask for customer service. Then he smirk at me if he new the app don't have any way to cancel it... They stolen my money at this point, because they charged my credit card and they should know if the order has been picked up or not... even mom and pop business remember what happened yesterday. But BK can't because there systems can't check past transactions! Never ever going back to this location and I will not use the BK...
Read moreI have eaten at four different burger king in the last ninety days. I have been unsatisfied at each location with the quality of their food. With my last visit at The buger king in Cockerhill in Dallas Texas Across from Walmart leaving me very ill to the point i couldn't even operate a vehicle. two of the ones I visited were filthy in side, the other were via the drive thru and the one that served food that got me sick none of the employees that were on during that shift didn't speak English. I believe speaking English or having somebody there that speaks English should be a Requirement , I mean come on , this is , the united states and our language is english.
In the past few years, employees that understand their customers, cleanliness and customer service have declined due to corporate boards demanding a bigger return on investment , a larger dividends for themselves. I ordered two chocolate shakes and wanted an 8 piece order of fried mozzarella sticks. I asked if they could give me the mozzarella sticks for free because I had just ordered some from a different Carrollton location and they were overcooked and cheese was brown (I even brought in the order with the receipt). The cashier told the lady manager who rattled off something in another language and did not address me directly.
