Best Dickey's EVER!! We had recently went to another location and we were really disappointed in the "new" look and it just didn't feel like a regular Dickey's. But this location has restored my love for Dickey's! The meats were tender, juicy, and so flavorful! The beans were so tasty! Everything about this place - food, service, atmosphere - is exceptional!

The meat is usually descent, but the sides are always horrific. Today I found a filthy piece of lettuce in my salad. They couldn't possibly have even tried to wash it. I mean look at it! Won't be back. This was the last straw.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE STAFF AT DICKEY'S!!! The Manager Shane &the rest of the staff were so awesome in fixing our order after Grubhub messed up our order during delivery. Not sure exactly what happened in transit but some food was missing & we only got half of the food that we ordered &was packaged by Dickey's. When we called the manager they fixed it right away & gave us all new food,extra food too. Also,the manager personally delivered it to our house within 20 mins. That is really amazing customer service &we definitely appreciate them so much for that. They did not have to replace our whole order or personally deliver it at all & they did. Especially,when it wasn't their fault at all. U guys rock!!! Thank you guys so...

There are lots of BBQ places and I prefer Dickey's. My favorite attributes of Dickey's is their selection of sides. They have a lot of healthy sides such as a broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower salad, green beans, and a cucumber salad. And they have the yummy sides such as mac-and-cheese, potato salads, etc... I just don't care for BBQ places that only offer cole slaw and potato salad. I require more choices on the sides I get.

Their BBQ meats are on par with other BBQ places. And so is their sauces. If I had one wish, it would be that they would have BBQ beef ribs which are a favorite of mine.

Their prices are decent. They have daily specials for $9.99 which includes a drink. They also offer complimentary...

Completely disappointed...I wished I could make a different dinner decision after that catastrophe. I could have bought dinner for a week with the price!! I know I paid for it, and it was my choice but the jalapeno sausage terrible more like a Slim Jim. I paid for more fat than actual meat from the brisket, and 1 lb of ribs 16.00 once I got home I realized there were 2 meaty pieces, and the rest bones!! So next time I want barbecue Lewisville...
