I ordered a pizza well over an hour and a half before close for carryout. Upon arrival to this location after receiving a notification from the app that my order was ready for pickup, I was met by a delivery driver who told me that the store was closed. This location is listed as open until 12am on Thursdays both on Google and their storefront and I had arrived at 11:20. I informed the driver that I had been charged for an online order and they tapped on the glass to get the attention of an employee named Adrian. He came out and abruptly informed me that carryout was closed for the night before trying to close the door in my face. However, there is no indication of that anywhere on the building. His attitude was short and his demeanor indicated that he was irritated that he had to speak with me regarding the food I was charged for. He told me to come back tomorrow to speak with his GM and said he needed to "get back to work" even though this location has seemed to be shut down for the night. He claimed to have cancelled my order as well but told me i would have to take up any charges on my account with my bank. I come to this location all the time and have never been treated with such disrespect, so much so that I had to leave a review. I am appalled at how this location treats their customers during the night shift and I will be contacting corporate to file...
Read moreUnfortunately having to change my review to one star from my recent order. Place my order with leave at door setting and no knock because I have a child that was napping and a dog that barks. I accidentally put the wrong house number on my delivery and thankfully the delivery driver called me. I missed the call but I went outside to help them. I saw their car and then in it, waved to them and they did nothing. I called and the call was ignored. At this point they texted me saying wrong address so I responded with the correct address and said sorry. The driver then proceeds to knock multiple times ignoring the instructions. So I open the door sign the receipt and write on it that I selected leave at door and no knock. No sooner did I get in my house then I get a message from the driver saying that I am incredibly rude. So I decide to call the store and when I reach an employee I believe I reached the same person because they instantly tell me I was incredibly rude and I’m lucky I got my pizza because if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have gotten it. I then say ok well can I speak to the manager? No you’ll have to go to corporate for that then hangs up on me. Absolutely blown away by the incredibly poor customer service and honestly extremely unpleasant overall experience. My delivery driver was April and the person on the phone never told...
Read moreEarlier in the week I'd taken advantage of the $5.99 2-topping large pizza deal near where I work in Austin, and had no complaints. But the service here in Carrollton was so outstanding I had to write this review! Ordered online and left my house which is less than a 10 minute drive when I got notification that it was in the oven. When I walked in the store and gave my name the man behind the counter knew exactly what my order was. As I swiped my credit card he showed me the pie (something they hadn't done in Austin) to confirm the correctness. He offered paper plates which I didn't need however, and included a couple of packets each of parmesan and crushed red pepper, which my wife appreciated very much. He also thanked me for the tip I left, the least you can do when the pizza costs so little. The pizza was fine and he definitely represented Dominos in the best possible way. This will now be our go-to for pizza moving forward, especially considering the other good...
