Up until today I was totally impressed with Grill 19. Today I brought a friend for lunch boasting about the great food and excellent service. After arriving and seating ourselves a table of 5 behind us said they had waited 2 hours before receiving their food. Certainly this could not be possible, I thought, so we patiently waited for a server to bring us our menus. 45 minutes later a distressed young lady broke down in tears when we questioned the extreme delays. Later the manager brought 1 menu for 2 people to our table. Said there were issues with not enough servers but assured us she would be back in 2 minutes to get our orders. 30 minutes later we were still sitting there with no service so we left. Read moreThe restaurant has come under new owners and, sadly, the menu has completely changed and they took away some of their best dishes. We ordered Mimosas and they were not good at all (mainly just orange juice with a teaspoon of bad champange). The coffee was not good either. They took away the fish tacos and some great salads they use to have. Thank goodness they finally brought back the Ahi Tuna. The desserts are even a disappointment. They use to have great Creme Brule. Since I am allergic to all starches, I can't do any grains. So the Creme Brule was the only dessert I could eat there. Now it's gone. So sad to see a nice restaurant...

The menu offers something for everyone, the food is good, the service is great and prices quite reasonable.
