Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Carrollton

First thing, as we were walked to our booth the male sitting in the booth by us had his dirty feet up on the bench seat. I was later told that the kid was the Manager's (who was there that day) brother. We ordered, while the salad bar needed a little work (removing of rotten lettuce).. it was at-least tolerable. But when our pizza was delivered it was a pool of grease/oil... I couldn't believe they survived it to us. I'm not a person that returns food especially when the place is ran by all teenagers. We literally used paper towels to mop the grease off the pizza. I have a similar experience at this location before. To top off our dinning experience our waitress didn't if ask or bring us drink refills. I can honestly say, I will not give this location another try. If I could find my receipt I would submit survey. It's unfortunate has we don't have a lot of options in this area and to have an establishment that doesn't seem to care about what it serves..is really disappointing. Being on a road trip, this was a 1 time stop. It was mid-afternoon so the place wasn't busy at all. 3 occupied tables total (including ours). Unfortunately, since it was a cool, dreary day outdoors, the a/c was still on & the ceiling fans were blowing down on us making us very chilly. We would've stayed to eat, however, we were too cold. Food was delicious though. Fresh & hot. We decided to leave almost as soon as the food arrived because of the unpleasant inside temperature. Our waitress was understanding & helped with getting a takeout box for the pizza. I think there were only two employees that afternoon: the waitress & the pizza cook I didn't see anyone else. The two of them got into an argument of some kind in the rear of the kitchen. The waitress seemed pretty upset at the cook. She checked us out, almost in tears. Employees shouldn't argue in sight...

So I waited about an hour for our food at the window to find out there was only 1 server doing everything her name was Skyler I didn’t catch her last name but she needs a raise or something because she was over worked and I’m sure underpaid you as a company need to do better on scheduling so I give Skyler 5 stars but as a company I wish I could give a negative star so I hope you share this review with her so she knows I Recognized the work...
