Worst experience that I’ve ever had at my hometown Subway. Whoever is working tonight should be retrained. Not fired because I don’t want to see someone lose their job but definitely the most inconsiderate and rude/disrespectful individual that I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Came in this evening with the intent to buy 6 Footlong Subway Sandwiches “Most” of which would have had extra meat and cheese w/ meals, probably somewhere in the ballpark of $100 to $125 dependent upon extras etc. Walked up to the order counter/bar and before I even placed my order I asked if it was possible to maybe get a clean knife as I have a family member whom has many allergies and would have several negative reactions medically if a dirty knife were to be used to cut her sandwich if it had let’s say been used to cut a sandwich with meatballs and sauce on it or mayonnaise or a few other condiments like chipotle southwest and sweet onion sauce. Instead of kindly accommodating my request the employee then asked “well what could she possibly be allergic to over here.” I then stated that it’s not just one thing it’s multiple and proceeded to ask if that would be ok. The older female employee then said I’ll half to walk all the way around the back into the kitchen to get it. Instead of antagonizing the situation more I kindly said thank you. She then threw her hands up and loudly said are you kidding me as she went to retrieve it. When she came back she said with a very rude and sarcastic tone “here’s you CLEAN knife!” At this point I was almost embarrassed and over it let alone angry but decided just to keep quiet and proceed to order. I asked her to make a Ham and Cheese Footlong on Italian w/ triple cheese and double meat as this is the sandwich that is going to my family member with severe allergies, and her reply was we don’t have any American cheese. I then said ok go ahead and stop then I’d like to cancel my order. I then turned around to walk out and she then stated “Hey I don’t do the ordering, but whatever!” Going forward the Carrollton Subway has lost myself and my family’s business and respect and I will drive to Marshall Subway from now on when that particular craving hits as I did this evening. The Marshall Subway was more then happy to accommodate me with my unusual request understanding the situation and were very friendly and kind and respectful. A special thank you to the staff at the Marshall Missouri Subway. I recommend everyone go here from now on as it’s worth the drive to be treated with kindness and respect vs the BS going on in the Carrollton...

They were a bit behind though but I think that's only because they had to take they're breaks so 1 was stuck doing online and in-store orders but they dod amazing juggling things. :D only think I did not appreciate was we were there to get the 2 for $5 deal and they did not tell us that they were not doing the nationwide deal after we had already had our sandwiches made.
