Starbucks — Restaurant in Carrollton

Worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. Tried ordering through drive through and the girl at the speaker was super rude all because i asked her if the 2 for $10 deal was only for fall drinks. She said she didn’t know and to look it up on my app, I was at the drive through speaker for about 2 minutes trying to look for it and couldn’t find any details on it so i told her i would just come back around. How can you work at starbucks and not know such a simple detail ?? Less than a minute later i come back around after confirming that the 2 for $10 deal is for all drinks and i order, when i get to the window she charges me regular price for both drinks and not the 2 for $10 deal, she went out of her way to not give me the discount when she knew i had just asked her about the deal not even 2 minutes prior to that . On top of that, they have literal CAMERAS where they can see every customer that comes through the drive through. To make matters worse, one of my drinks was wrong. I wish I knew her name, all i know is she had eyebrow piercings, darkish hair and blue eyes. I worked at starbucks for almost 2 years and the difference in service and character that i saw at my store is insanely different from...

I love Starbucks in general and this place definitely lives up to the reputation. In our first trip, we ordered a Latte, butter croissant and an Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato while in the second trip, it was Cinnamon Raisin Bagel and a Toffeedoodle. Latte and butter croissant is a heavenly combination, at least at Starbucks. Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato was good but not great. Cinnamon Raisin Bagel was nice and what I loved about it was that it wasn't much chewy as normally the bagels are at other places. Toffeedoodle was overly sweet and tasted like a mouthful of sugar in every bite. Service is quite fast. The first time we went there was almost closing time and the second time was a cool Saturday early evening, so not sure how the service is during peak hours. The folks are good. For once, they were out of tissues but the gentleman there found a few somewhere from inside and gave it to us at our table, which was good on his part. Ambiance and the interiors were amazing....

I went to this Starbucks yesterday for breakfast to finally use the gift card I got for my birthday. When I went to pay, I physically gave them my Starbucks card and told them that they would have to enter the number on the back of the card because my card had gotten wet, so the edges around the bar were crumbly. The person in charge yesterday said that they can't enter numbers because the owner told us "we can't enter the numbers because of possible theft". I asked what do you mean theft? I told the lady that I could understand what she said if I just gave her a bunch of numbers without my card, but she literally had my card in her hand and could clear see the numbers. So I left the drive-through and went to a different Starbucks that used their common sense, saw the card, and understood. Very poor...
