Try the Panda Nuggets. They taste just like chicken.
As of March, 2022, the masks are gone, the prices have gone up, the menu selection has contracted. Outside the store is a sign on which the advertised hourly wage is $12 for servers and $14 for cooks. Food, labor and utilities costs are going up. Panda Distress.
The coronavirus plandemic, supply chain disruptions and labor shortages have really impacted this restaurant negatively.
Make your selections very carefully and check your receipts. On a recent visit, I was overcharged slightly, by only $0.50. the man taking my order had separated items into an a la carte order, instead of combining items into a "larger meal."
After my tasty meal, I approached the counter and requested a refund. The manager told me that I had ordered improperly, that my two entree plate plus egg roll could only be considered a "larger meal" if I had ordered it that way. I asked her what had changed, that I had always ordered a two entree meal plus egg roll and only recently have they begun to fail to ring it up as a "larger meal."
The manager argued with me that egg rolls were not an entree and could not be included on a 3 entree larger meal. In turn, I pointed out that my receipt showed egg rolls as an "entree."
I showed the manager my receipt and she begrudgingly refunded me 50 cents, crunched my receipt into a little ball and requested that I never again ask for a refund. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Perhaps she is under extraordinary pressure to increase profits.
I believe many restaurants are under increasing pressure from their food suppliers and from labor costs. As their costs are going up, they are reluctant to pass those increased costs on to the customers in the form of higher prices. Wherefore, nickel and diming customers or refusing to take coupons may be come the norm.

Read moreThe food here is usually always good but the customer service is kinda iffy. Just depends on the day and who's working the window. I come here very often and there's a young (i believe Mexican) lady and gentlemen and they're both always pleasant and nice but every now and then there's a asian lady working the window with a kinda heavy accent and she's pretty rude. She's been rude to me on three different occasions now. I'm usually not someone to write up reviews on anyone but her customer service is not good and should be brought to attention. On this particular night 5/15 I came through the drive through to order as usual and she had a very annoyed tone to her voice as if she didn't want to take my order. As she was taking my order she kept talking over me in an attempt to shut me up. I just feel like if you're having a bad day you should'nt take it out on your customers. I work at starbucks and we're trained to always be happy, friendly, and welcoming so being treated like that makes me never want to return again which is inconvenient as it's the closest location to my home. I hope this location will put more care into training their employees to be more friendly...
