I come to this taco bell probably once a week on average and this place is AWAYS ridiculously sloooow. I have to be prepared to wait in line forever and I try to check my order before leaving because they screw them up often.
Today was the worst experience yet. Me and my Mom pulled up with several cars ahead of use which is nothing new. I placed the order and slowly crept forward with 3 cars yet to go when the whole line came to a complete halt and we waited for 20-25 minutes before finally moving again. I witnessed 4-6 cars behind us leave and the person directly in front of us left. It got to the point where I almost felt like leaving myself. I also came very close to calling the store and asking the manager what the hell was going on. We waited at least 35-40 minutes total before making it to the window.
Once I FINALLY made it to the window the guy asked if I had the eight piece meal and I explained to him the person in front of us left and repeated my entire order. I was hoping at the very least an apology for waiting so long, but noooo. When I got my bag I counted the items and took off.
Once we got home I realized they gave my Mom hard taco's not the soft ones I ordered. Some of the food seemed a bit cold and my cheesy gordita crunch seemed a bit stale. It made me question how long some of the items sat there in the bag before finally getting them.
Based on the other reviews this seems to be the norm and I would hope the owners would listen up and get more staff. I think it's going to be a while before I would want to...

They are 3 guys in the front counter 1 in the drive thru and other one attending the registered some what and the other one just standing there eating a crunchy taco behind the counter corner as there was other customers waiting more longer than we were still haven't received there orders yet . I saw the back area I only see 1 adult lady working very hard and doing her best to get the orders done as best as she could but makes me very upset and disappointed seeing the 3 guys just talking taking it easy instead of at least 1 of them helping as a team member to get the orders going on time... the lady in the back should get a raise and become a manager because the 3 stooges in the front are worthless this happened on 11/23/22 @ 7:21 pm for those who own this restaurant you can verify on cameras how poor is the customer service in your business I will highly appreciate to improve your workers and pay more attention on the hard working ones and not higher just random childish people who want to make easy money .
As my order my tacos was very cold from sitting there when they were been done long time ago since the 3 guys were busy talking they lost track of my order as well as drive thru and walk in customers. .............as I was watching the order screen blinking with multiple backed up orders....... very poor work skills... never will be...

Tonight specifically, I mentioned how the previous time we ordered there, that there was NO meat in our cheesy potato burritos and reminded the cashier THREE times while ordering. Who is back there making these?! So instead of trusting my gut feeling and double checking myself, the guy hands us our food and I mention it to HIM TOO & he clarifies that thereās definitely meat in them. Lo and behold, we get home and thereās literally ONLY cheese and potatoes. Itās ridiculous the amount of times theyāve gotten our order wrong, including when Iāve NICELY stated it to them during ordering it. Iām usually a very patient person and very respectful but theyāve definitely tested my patience. Thereās SO many times Iāve just dealt with how theyāve incorrectly made our food and didnāt bring it their attention because I understand the fast food industry isnāt easy to work in, mistakes happen & I totally understand that. But itās consistent mistakes and nothing has changed. Iām done paying for something Iām not even getting, and I shouldnāt have to constantly worry about double checking it before leaving just because they canāt get it together.
