I am sadden to write this review. We have enjoyed this place for several years on a regular basis. We have suggested them to countless people over the years in facebook groups, etc. The food itself has always been amazing.

However, the customer service lately has been horrible with delivery orders taking 50-70 min. When they tell you that time and you know in advance ok no worries we started planning for it. We even make sure to tip extra for the drivers as were are on the outside edge of their delivery radius.

Now this last two times we have order is taken 2+ HOURS!

When you call them and ask about the order they lie you that it is on the way and then 30 min later still not delivered. You call back they say they are around the corner and still 30 min later not there. They are not even apologetic for the late delivery.

Then they stop taking you phone call asking about the order since their caller ID system flags your phone and address. They send your call to their automated system that says they are to busy to take your call making other orders.

I was as polite and understanding as possible throughout these two incidents but enough is enough. 3 hours for a chinese food delivery is insane then layering in the clear attempt to hide from the customer...

This place is incredible. All the Chinese restaurants I’ve ordered from in Dallas have been so greasy and I could never find a good egg roll. I ordered this place one night on a whim hoping for the best, and WOW!! My sister and I were so impressed! The fried rice was so not greasy at all and deliciously fluffy and it came with the perfect amount of veggies it was so amazing. We ordered sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, general tsos and lo mein. The chickens were very meaty and the sauces were on point! The lo mein was freshly made and perfect. We ordered about 10 eggs and thank god we did! These has been the best egg rolls I have found thus far in Dallas. The right egg roll wrap, perfectly fried and the inside was just as it should be! I even ate the egg rolls cold the next morning they were so good and they were still soft and delicious! Not to mention also that we got this delivered and the man that delivered our food works there he was so sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place and this will definitely be our go to spot for Chinese...

This is my second time ordering here and i'm just as happy as I did when I first order food here. When was the last time you ordered from a chinese takeout where they really cared about their customers wellbeing? I tell you what, these people genuinely care about customers health, taste and wallet. Look at the cost of food here! You will find it almost less than all the other chinese places around! Cheap doesnt mean they will compromise on the taste! No sir! The taste is very good. This time we ordered: Vegetable fried rice Chicken Lomein and Hot and sour soup! Wow wow wow! Here is the part that told me they care about customers health also is the fact that they pay extra to put your and mine to go orders in nice reusable plastic containers that probably don't melt like so many chinese restaurants serve food in Styrofoam boxes and cups. This place maybe small but their standards are high. I drive almost 20 minutes to go get food from them and I will continue doing so because I care about what I feed my family and this...
