Panda Express — Restaurant in Carson City

Classless employees and cold food. Pulled through the drive through and had never been to a panda express before. The girl over the intercom was very pleasant and helpful in explaining how their combos worked but as soon as I pulled up to the window and was hit with a range of F-bombs and other exploitatives that they were shouting to the whole restaurant. After taking my card I was given no receipt so I'm just kind of hoping I was charged properly. Then the girl yelling the foul language holds my bag out towards me without even looking at me as I'm still putting my wallet away and when I dont immediately take it from her she turns and glares at me like I'm wasting her time. After getting my order I literally only went across the street and parked in some shade to eat. The center of my bowl was ice cold for some reason and the broccoli was so hard there was no way it was cooked. Really poor experience considering how new...

The Cashier (older Caucasian woman) should really have a sense of customer service at her age… (prob 40-50) Was actually very surprised by her attitude & wording to a customer. When the assistant manager walked up to the register she immediately turned & says “I didn’t do anything wrong!” First off who just blurts that out to their manager. I should have paid attention to the other reviews but thought they would have figured everything out by now. I was wrong. Rather than Orange chicken and Kung Po, I got all Kung Po.
