Disclosure: I'm a Chick-fil-A Virgin until today. Never been to one before, and never had the urge. Where I grew up, there's no Chick-fil-A.
For my first time experience, I was really impress with how organized the Drive Thru is. This store is new, drive thru line was long, however it moves pretty quickly. The attendants was very pleasant, friendly. First stop is where they place your order and pay by card, next station you get your receipt and by the time I got to the front my order was already ready. Seamless process A+.
Food: I ordered the Regular Chick-fil-A Sandwich Meal dealwith Large Waffle Fries and a drink. Also ordered 4 Chicken Tenders entree.
First Impression: Chicken was moist flavorful but salty to my taste and meat was just the right propertion and ration. Bun was soft. I like that its lightly breaded. Same goes with the Chicken Tenders. Portion size was just right. The Fries was just average, it was already cold by the time I got home. They gave me all the sauce, but my favorites are the Chick-fil-A Sauce and Honey Mustard.
Overall: I think that the Chicken Sandwich was very for a fast food. Portion size was better than expected. But I wasn't missing much though.
I'll probably will go back again and hopefully try...
Read moreI hate to give a bad review on this but ugh CFA do better. I pull to the drive thru give them my order: 12ct chicken nuggets, hashbrowns, lemonade, CFA sauce. I get my bag: hashbrowns and 4ct mini bite sandwiches.
Normally I'd take the L and eat it but I'm averse to the mini bites so i turn around. The hashbrowns I eat on the way back to CFA.
Pull through the drive thru again, let them know I have the wrong order.
The young lady takes the mini bites from me (which I'm surprised considering Covid and all). The manager asks for the bag and not the receipt to prove that my order was wrong. I give it to her.
They cook my nuggets and put them in a new bag. I pull off . Now guess what? No CFA sauce. This time I take the L and drive home eating my dry nuggets. Maybe it's a sign I shouldn't eat CFA for...
Read moreIt's not the food I disliked, it's the setup. It's on a very busy street & it can be hard to get into, especially with people leaving their cars parked in the middle of the drive way and no other cars can get in only exiting cars. You think you could get in the other driveway but it's roped off & is only for drive-thru customers. My order was wrong, couldn't get into the driveway, as I didnt want to hold up traffic. Instead of driving around & around I just went through the drive-thru to have them fix it. It was exhausting! If you think the Burger King or Jack in the box, ( cant remember which one....lol ) has a shared parking lot, then you'd be wrong. That was my one bad experience & since I only went there because I was in the area, I more than likely won't be going back. There are closer one's by my...
