This review is only for the cashier named Antonia (I asked other employee for her name because I wanted to make sure she gets my review). I was there today with my son around 11am, no body was in line, the whole place was empty with only a table was taken. As we got to front door we saw the poster of their promo dish. As we approached to cashier she was already giving us a frown face before we even spoke a word. As my son was asking about their promo dish she cut him off and very rudely says "So what about it? Do you want to order it or not?" with so much anger in her voice and face that it took both of us by surprise. I wanted to confront her for her unacceptable attitude right there but my son is the type who hates to cause any scene so I kept it to myself and finished our order. As we were waiting for our order I watched her greeting other customers came after us with much better attitude. Hence I can only conclude that she obviously had something against our race, Asian, because she had absolutely no other reason to treat us so bad and not others. Antonia, you really ruined our day with your awful nasty attitude and it is not acceptable. If you don't want to deal with people, get a job that do not require customer service. And if you want to be a racist, do it somewhere else and not at your job. SHAME...
Read moreI had looked at the menu online and thought I knew what I wanted to order. I was there at 330pm after the lunch rush and before dinner. There were only two customers eating there along with 3 uniformed employees who were wearing the uniform eating and busy on their cell phones. The menu for take out is laminated next to the cash register. Unfortunately when I placed my order I had pointed at the wrong take-out package, gave my credit card and when I told the cashier that I had wanted to purchase the combination chicken and kabob package instead of the all chicken one she said "Sorry, it's too late to change the order". I said I had made a mistake and that I would pay for the difference in price. Once again she said No. As I was about to leave with the all chicken order I had tried to get rectified I asked her if I could speak with her Manager. She then told me that she was the Manager. This happened on Tax Day April 18th 2023, I am sure there is video of this whole fiasco and I will never ever patronize...
Read moreI've been visiting this location since 2018. However today's experience was just humiliating. Supervisor Natalie has zero customer skills. I called in a phone order and I usually check my order during pickup but was in a hurry. I got home and realized that the order was wrong and called back. Natalie said you have to pay the difference and I said no problem, I am on my way to pick the correct order. I get there - order is not ready. She almost jumped out from behind the counter to confront me and the staff who was already helping. She ended up shouting the wrong order to her staff and speaking over everyone. A situation that could have been handled quietly had people in the restaurant looking up to see what was going on because of her tone and body language.
