Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Carson

Improve Customer Service at your Carson and Main location. The 18 yr old Mgr. was rude and not knowledgeable. Completely negated my food allergy and tried to blame my order being incorrect on my allergy. Then she contacted someone who was over her who suggested I drive to the store and bring bk my order then wait for them to make it again. I requested they come get the order and refund me my money but they refused. I am never ordering from that restaurant again however it is closest to my home. So now I will have to only order take out should I choose pizza hut again. I also ordered. Buffalo wings of which had an entire bowl of sauce as if it was soup. It then spilled everywhere when it opened. She did not care to even offer any empathy....

It is Saturday night December 29th @10:50pm and I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor and cunning attitude from the sad excuse of a Customer Service Rep by the name of Don (oriental accent). I have never ever experienced such poor service, between him laughing out loud with fellow workers in the background, making me repeat my order due to him being easily distracted horsing around, and to still have the audacity to make his stupid unnecessary remarks, was enough for me to cancel my entire order. I'll gladly take my business to Papa John's or Domino's Pizza. Never again! His unprofessional arrogant service has caused loyal frequent customers from ever returning again. I would say it's quite the loss considering it's a family of 5 placing...

Pizza Hut wow you know they got some good they got some good breadsticks you know what I'm saying everybody's got their own little you know they don't little taste to their food and you know they got the breadsticks I can give it to them yeah they're I mean you like me you know probably about two bags of those things and delicious so a lot of props to the workers up there and Pizza Hut you know just keep it up keep it up you guys are doing a great job okay then people come on down come on down let's support each other you know so we can all live in a better world you know hey it's just it should be just a word that we should just you know not even have it or not vocabulary but let's just help each other let's go Pizza Hut come on...
