Famous Cafe/Burgers — Restaurant in Carson

I just want to share with you all that there are crucial people in this world. I came in to buy some chili cheese fries, and there's an older lady with short hair who is just money hungry. She lied to me about the food price telling me they changed prices, and it's not up on the menu yet. Was trying to charge me $2 for a thousand island sauce. Smh, I'm very disappointed bcuz my sister went there today and paid $10 for the same chili cheese. She was very rude and unprofessional. Not knowing that can affect your business. I highly recommend you not to buy there when she is there. She just wants to take ppls money. We are all tryna make a living and doing business like that, ain't it. She didn't even give me a receipt. I'd report to better business bureau so that they know this place is stealing...

This place will mess up on every phone order you make. Don't order a hamburger any special way because everything else you get will be totally wrong. Then the girls taking the order have a communication gap and seem to only hear what they want and serve you the food that comes out and try to rush you out before you can see what you're getting. Sadly when you do get home you find out they gave you a salad with NO dressing. If you try and call back to complain the phone order takers treat you rude and pretend that they mysteriously forgot how to speak English and frustrate you to the point if spoiling your appetite and no longer wanting to do with anything coming from that kitchen. I can only imagine the horror in their kitchen cam only match...

Ericka and Lizette are excellent servers. But, yesterday they weren't there. The woman who took my order did not acknowledge my "Dine-in" request. Our fries were served to us in Styrofoam, "To-go," and the woman, tall, short hair, was not all that friendly. However, I have been here many times. The food is a little expensive, but fresh and delicious. The cooks and other workers, besides that one woman, are quite hospitable and respond to my Spanish. I'd give it 5 stars, except for the Styrofoam...
