I found this "Carnes &Cortes Meat Co" store when I was walking my dog. I couldn't tell if the store was open for the business or not. The windows were dark, and I couldn't see anything inside. Anyway, I walked into the store. I met a young man who greeted me with a great smile. He was attentive and polite. I asked him when the store was opened. Then he said that the store had been opened for ten months, but I didn't know that. The store was small inside and it was cleaned & well maintained. Their meat seemed fresh and good quality meats. They had the steak for $6.99 per pound, and I bought it. After that, I came home, I cooked the steak. I prepared steak and vegetables with seasonings. Then, put it in the oven for 20 minutes. After that, I tried the steak. The meat was tender, juicy, and scrumptious. The roasted vegetables were crispy and delicious. It was an enjoyable dinner, which I had.
