Hiccups — Restaurant in Carson

The first time I went I had a good experience the drink was good service was fast the second time I went they had a little line I ordered the shrimp fried rice first time ordering it got the wrong order after driving all the way back home taking off shoes sitting down to eat with my daughter realize we have the wrong food I had to put back on my shoes and jacket get back in the car driving back to the restaurant wait to the side For someone to come and help me after explaining that I got the wrong food she took the food show I guess a manager but I got the wrongful she came back and brought my food which when I look in the back I'm disappointed because I got shrimp fried rice I didn't see any shrimp the rice looks dry I have an asked her if they could compensate me for having to come all the way back over there to bring the food back and show could I be compensated with the food that was the wrong order she then asked the manager which was the (Purses) standing right next to her and the key and then told me oh we threw away the food already he was never in the back room he was standing there the whole time I was waiting I thought that was really cruel because they fill the food away anyway the girl had just told me that the food wasn't thrown away she just came back from the back room it wouldn't of hurt them or lost any more money than they would've lasted about an address to give it to me I might've liked it and came back and order it but now I'm done

Well I just had the shrimp fried rice if that's what you want to call it that I drove all the way back four and gave every other phone for and I counted five shrimp and a bowl of rice rice was Blan I got a Suraci I am a teriyaki which was not enough of that big bowl very flavorless get fluffy rice and the vegetables seems fresh but not enough shrimp to call eight shrimp fried rice I could've went to Chong's up the street got a fresh bowl of shrimp fried rice that would've had countless shrimp for 799 it doesn't take much to compensate people when you mess up i've should've even had to ask for the mess up food to be compensated it should've been offered to me since he said they throw it away anyway...

Worst day eating at this resto. I ordered Pho and Pad see Eew for my wife. Pho came ahead with the Pad see Eew and i'm done with my Pho but my wife's order was not yet serve. One of the waiter come to our table to check if we still have order coz we still have our number on the table, he check the receipt and found out that we are still waiting for the Pad see Eew, he went to the kitchen and came back to us just to tell that the said item was now yet ready and told us to wait for a couple of minutes, it is almost 15 minutes and nothing is coming on our way and somebody approached us again and asking for apology and offering us drinks because of the inconvenient that this thing brought us. And they just told us if we want our order in "To go" instead of my wife eating in the store coz she is really hungry at that time. I told them that we will wait but still no Pad See Eew os coming so we just decided that instead of my wife eat in the store we just asked the waiter that our order is for "To Go", then after a couple of minutes the order came out and just left the restaurant with our order. I will not come back on this Restaurant anymore, beside the slow service the Restaurant music or sounds is too loud and we cannot even talk in silence but we have to shout because the music...

FINALLY some decent boba around work.

PARKING: Limited in a shared lot. There's some street parking as well, but I'd go for the lot if possible. There's a ton of construction on Carson!

FOOD: -popcorn chicken: one of my go-to favs. They offer it in a lunch combo, but I prefer the salad because you're basically tricking yourself that you're eating a healthy meal. -tom yum: I'd pass on this as you can find better elsewhere. Chicken portion is a good size, but the broth flavor is subpar. Bonus points for serving in a hotpot minipot!

DRINKS: -Overall, they do a great job. It's slightly higher quality than something like Tapioca Express and far better than anything that has previously catered to the Carson crowd (I'm looking at you Honeyboba). My favorite go-to is the jasmine milk tea, but I also love their fruit flavored teas.

SERVICE: Slow at times because the line builds like crazy when people ask a lot of questions about the menu. I'd suggest adding someone for backup in these cases would improve...
